The flavor off the tomato sauce of the chicken parmigiana was too acid. The meshed potatoes had no seasoning. The pasta was not al dente, it was overcooked! We didn't enjoy the food at all!

LOVE Gibson's Italia. The outdoor seating on the river is gorgeous any time of day, and the food is incredible. Plan to spend a hefty amount if you're doing dinner and drinks, but it's worth it for a special occasion.

Service was outstanding. We had an outside table overlooking the river. It was a beautiful night, and the outside temperature was perfect. Our server, Eli, made us feel very comfortable. We were not rushed. He explained the menu and guided us through our choices. We were able to order appetizers...meatballs and aroncini...and we waited to order our main course, which was a ribeye prepared perfectly. We shared everything. Including the broccolini salad and the charred asparagus. We were checked on several times to make sure our food was cooked to our request. The Cabernet Eli suggested was outstanding. All in all, it was a perfect evening to celebrate our anniversary.
