Overall this is my go to steakhouse currently for business and fiends , consistent food food , and a great dining room. Lots of options in Chicago can't recommend this one enough .

this place is fricking fantastic!! I came here twice in a week and I can’t wait to go back again. I love the vibes, my server diana was professional/awesome and the oysters were so fresh. bill was around 500+ for two people, but honestly so worth.

Had a fabulous time at Gibson's Italia! We were looking for some place special to celebrate my partners birthday and they did not disappoint. We've experienced so many other restaurants across the city really not do anything for a birthday anymore. No complimentary bubbles, no free dessert with a candle, barely an acknowledgment. Gibson's Italia did all of the things just mentioned. Not only was the food exceptional but so was the service. Our waiter was super attentive and offered to plate all of the dishes my partner and I split, which was pretty much everything. We felt so taken care of and even more importantly, my partner felt very special. There are a ton of restaurants in Chicago to choose from for a birthday and you want the restaurant to feel like they actually care about you and this restaurant did. We will definitely be back!
