Ordered pizza for my family that came in from out of town for Thanksgiving and they loved it. This was my second time having it and it was still consistently good. Sausage and pepperoni taste fresh. Although the green peppers are canned, they still tasted good, You really couldn't tell the difference from the fresh ones. We really appreciated Anna as she was super nice and helpful with our order over the phone. Great customer service. Also, you can't go wrong with their prices. Very reasonable and cheaper, compared to other pizza restaurants. Glad my sister introduced me to this place, as now they are my go to for delicious pizza.

The pizza was pretty good. The only thing is that I ordered mushrooms and I’m pretty sure they are canned and not fresh. So I picked those off and the pepperoni and sausage I got on it were delicious!

Good pizza, Amazing staff and Fair prices!!!🥰❤️
Man, what a disappointment. I used to recommend this place to everyone; not anymore. Got a medium pizza and it was trash.
Normally, I grab the box and go, but some random guy sitting in the shop asked for a slice, I opened the box and gave him one, and even he didn’t seem to want it.
The pizza was a soggy, chunky, absolute mess. I wanted to say something the moment I opened the box, but I didnt wanna be a Karen, plus, maybe it tasted better than it looked.
Times are tough and $23 for a pizza, I couldn’t afford not to eat some. So I forced down a piece, but it was gross experience. My stomach feels invaded and abused (and not by my choice). Even HUNGRY I couldn’t pretend to enjoy this.
You know it’s bad when you wanna order dominos as soon as you get home.
Big bummer. The worst part is the service is awesome. You can tell the phone-girls work really hard. Waste of good staff, ingredients, and location.

We’ve been coming to Gigio’s on Broadway for years, and tonight was honestly the most disappointing pizza I’ve ever gotten in Chicago.
We ordered a $23 pie and it looked like someone dumped an entire can of pineapple with all the liquid still in it straight onto the pizza. The whole thing was completely soggy and watery. The cheese and toppings were sliding right off every slice — nothing was melted properly, nothing was sticking together. The crust was drenched with juice. It was basically impossible to eat.
I don’t know what went wrong in the kitchen today, but this was nowhere near the quality we’re used to from Gigio’s. For the price, this shouldn’t be happening. Really hoping this was a one-off mistake, but we were extremely disappointed.
I don’t think I’m going here again

My husband introduced me to this place when we were dating in 1990. We were both raised in Chicago. Since then, we have eaten pizza all over the county. But THERE IS NO PIZZA like GIGIOS. We now live in Oklahoma, but when we come up to Chicago, we always get sausage pizza. ITS TRULY THE BEST PIZZA IN THE WORLD!

My first time went with a friend.
Pizza was tasty just a little greasy. Small setting, but appears well known, been around for years.

Best pizza by the slice that I’ve had in a minute! Huge slice of pizza and a pop for like $6. Friendly service, no line, indoor and outdoor seating. You can’t beat it.
