I waited for over 2 hours for my delivery. After close to an 1 hour I called and they hung up on me. I called back and was told the driver was picking up my order and before I could ask how much longer was the wait I was hung up on again. I called again after 1/2 hour was told another 20 minutes wait. NEVER AGAIN. They said it was the busiest day of the year for them. If so they should have the staff for the rush. So disappointed. I will never order from them again

My experience was amazing! Megan and Colleen were incredibly welcoming and helpful when deciding on what deep dish to try!! The Classic Deep Dish was amazing and the atmosphere was great. I will definitely be returning to Giordanos Logan Square!!

Today we tried the new thin crust tavern style , it was recommended to us, which was tasty! (But I still prefer the classic tavern style only because we love sauce lol). But all in all some fabulous customer service by Eliza & Phil today , they were very helpful and welcoming!

We are from Texas and had to try the Chicago stuffed pizza. This was the best pizza I’ve ever had! Crispy crust, tons of toppings, stuffed to the top of the crust. Super cheesy. It was delicious.
