Went here on Friday night and decided to go across the street to drop off a piece of mail while waiting for the rest of my party to arrive for dinner. Despite the fact that I was going to be eating dinner at Giordano’s and would have been a customer, they booted my car and gave me a $175 ticket. The sign indicates the parking was for customers, which I was, and even after talking to the manager she said there was nothing she could do. Management was unhelpful and because I had to pay $175 to get my car unbooted, we ate dinner at home because 1. It felt like gross extortion 2. That was well beyond my dinner budget that I just blew on the car.
Would never go back to this location and a huge huge bummer that management here has decided to not only ruin their relationship with customer by privileging a private booting company but they have also ruined their relationship with businesses across the street as I imagine most of their patrons are the ones being penalized for parking in the lot. Would not recommend coming here- go to Lou’s instead.
Edit: I replied to management using the contact they provided after they requested I do so. They were responsive to my first email and have not followed up in the 2.5 weeks since we began correspondence. The initial interaction at the location was disappointing, but their lack of follow through communicates how much their care about the customer service. I think you could get better pizza and have a better experience just about anywhere.

It was a little cold in the restaurant. Of course it was 25 degrees outside so the open door sucked the warm air out.

Polite, personal and knowledgeable service. Hostess/waitress/cashier in one was first person to talk to us in Chicago on our visit. Restaurant, including the restroom was clean. Timely refills and even offered us a refill to go for the walk back to our vacation rental. Deep dish pizza was absolutely delicious. Small size would have been good enough for two, but overestimated my ability to eat pizza, so got a medium and had leftovers.

Was planning to get pizza after dropping my mail off. Didn’t realize this was a predatory parking lot. Left for less than 5 minutes and my car was booted. Paid $170 to the parking company and didn’t buy any pizza because I’m now broke.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and an Italian beef with garlic Parmesan fries. The pizza was delicious. However I e never had a worse Italian beef in my life. I don't know what possessed the person who made it to put it in the oven to bake!!!?? The bread was so hard I couldn't chew it. The top layer of the beef was burnt so the meat was crispy. They gave me a splash of beef sauce in a mini cup. And the sweet peppers where soggy and overcooked with no flavor. Definitely won't be ever ordering from here again. Also the fries where soggy. For $60 I could have eaten somewhere amazing!!
