We had the best experience here!! Absolutely delicious salad and the deep dish pizza….oh my goodness so devine!! We ordered the Super Veggie then added meatballs, sausage and bacon, and it was soooooooo good!!! But above all the good food, it was the service that made this such a great experience. Lupe was our server, and she was absolutely brilliant! She made feel welcome, wanted, and special. John the “manager” is the worst arrogant prick with the customers and members of the staff. He yells at them in front of customers. He mistreats customers on the phone and in person is the worse experience ever. I have been with my children to that location before and always feel welcome by Diana and all the people there till yesterday. In person is even worse. Giordanos should check background of the people they are hiring because no one deserves to be treated like that, he’s abusive and I have seen him yelling to the employees without respect for their dignity abusing because they need their jobs.

My food arrived COLD and STALE. Nothing was made to order. The pizza was sitting out and they threw pepperonis on it and put it in a box. The fries are not fresh at all and taste like wood. Ive never experienced this from Giordanos before so this is very disappointing

Great food, great service. We ate in the restaurant today (John was helpful and fun to talk with), but have gotten takeout and delivery in the past. We always have wonderful, friendly service; and the food is fresh and delicious. The lunch pizzas are a good portion size with a side, and the regular pizzas are great for dinners and leftovers.

Did not like the service. The guy waiter could have been nicer.
We came in and were not greeted even tho we were basically the only people there. Once we were finally seated we were not given menus so we went and got them ourselves. Waited a very long time. We ordered several things one of them was gluten free spaghetti, the waitress failed to mention at any point that they don’t actually have spaghetti gf so when it came out and it was penne my kids had a full melt down. They also got one of our pizza order’s completely wrong and ended up comping half of it, however they should have completely comped it because it was not the right pizza whatsoever and it was fully on them! We obviously could not sit around and wait for a whole new order because we had 3 small children with us. They also charged us an extra $3 for employee benefits.. that part was annoying but we paid it because if their own employer won’t pay them we will. Will not return.Dietary restrictions: Not actually gluten free..

ORDRED PIZZA FROM HERE A COUPLE DAYS AGO, RECENTLY GIORDANOS HAVE BEEN HAVING LOTS OF PROBLEMS , I ORDERED MY USUAL A LARGE THIN CRUST PEP, WHEN IT GOT TO MY HOTEL I REALIZED IT WAS SAUSAGE PLUS PEPPERONI,MAKING THE PIZZA MORE EXSPENSIVE THAN IT SHOULD OF BEEN ,AND ALSO THE PIZZA WAS COLD, THIS WAS 4 DAYS AGO , I CALLED TODAY TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT HAPPENED THE MANAGER TOLD ME I SHOULD OF CALLED RIGHT AWAY , THATS IT . SPENT $30 DOLLARS PLUS A $3 DOLLAR TIP THAT DAY ,IM HOMELESS IM NOT RICH AND GOT A PIZZA THAT I DIDNT ORDER .
