This was our first time in Chicago so we wanted to try the deep dish pizza. We couldn't have picked a better place! Our waitress, and I'm sorry I can't remember her name, was amazing!! She was engaging and kind and had us laughing from the get go! The pizza was delicious, so cheesey and yummy with great toppings! Loved every moment of our first Chicago experience!

We had a wonderful dinner at Giordano’s and truly enjoyed a pleasant evening. Our server was fantastic, and the manager, Lewis, stood out with his professionalism and deep knowledge of the menu. It was such a nice touch that Lewis took the time to assist us and recommend dishes. My husband and I especially loved the Meat and More Meat pizza—it was delicious! Thank you, Giordano’s, for the great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Just had the most ridiculous and insulting experience at a restaurant in my life. I ordered through the Giordano’s website and had an order confirmation and time for my order. I show up and the man working the counter told me there was no order in the system. He went to the back and told me no order in the back either. I asked how long if they would make it then, and he said he didn’t even know my order so he couldn’t say. I repeated my order information for the 7th time and he said no order was there and that was it. I finally gave up and left and told him as I was leaving that if a customer comes in and you don’t have the order, apologize for the inconvenience and say you could place a new order right then. He then said he could place an order but I’d have to pay new and he wasn’t going to just give away free food. Nobody was asking him to. I left and ordered from a new restaurant. This was the most frustrating and insane experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. That worker belongs nowhere near the service industry.

The pizza is very delicious and the staff is friendly, if it is your first time at the restaurant they explain the menu and make recommendations. If you are traveling alone or just want to try the pizza, they have a promotion from Monday to Friday from 11 to 3 pm that includes a personal pizza and a side dish (fries with parmesan and parsley, salad, among others). This branch is not as busy as those downtown and is nice.
In Chicago you need to try this pizza, you will love it.
