Giordano's Reviews
So this was my first time to Giordano’s. We went to the N.Rush St. location.
We went in, got a table, seated. So far, so good. Waitress came back by, took our order.
Deep dish pizza, 1/2 pepperoni, 1/2 cheese. Simple right? The waitress informed us that since we did not pre-order, the pizza would take 45 minutes to an hour before we would get it. A little surprised, but no problem. I’ve never had this pizza and I’ve heard good things about the pizza. I thought for...read full review
Great food great service good atmosphere
First time me and my daughter at Chicago, we definitely needed to try Giordano’s famous deep dish pizza, and the recommendations are true; Best pizza in town.
We had a small Chicago classic.
This will be my to-go spot for pizza each time I come.

Giordano's offers a delightful deep-dish pizza experience, with delicious toppings, a crispy crust, and a generous portion size. Customers should be prepared for a slightly longer wait time, as the pizzas are cooked to order. The food quality is exceptional, and the staff is described as friendly and respectful.
The restaurant is a great option for those who enjoy Chicago-style deep-dish pizza. The crust is thick and flavorful, and the toppings are generous. The Italian beef and soup are also praised by customers. The restaurant has between 30-45 parking spaces available.
Customers recommend the "meat and more meat" deep-dish pizza, as well as the personal pan pizza options. The wait staff is attentive and the food is served in a timely manner, although customers should be aware that the Chicago-style pizza takes time to cook and should not be rushed. The signature pizza is made with a thin crust folded on itself to form a thick crust, filled with cheese, topped with toppings, and finished with signature tomato sauce. After cooking for about 45 minutes, the pizza is massive and cheesy, gooey when finished. Some customers felt the ingredients get lost under the volume of sauce and cheese, but overall, the experience is enjoyable. The environment is cozy, and the staff is welcoming and friendly, making it a good place for a first-time Chicago-style deep-dish pizza experience. The food quality remains high with options like Italian beef, soup, and pasta.
