Ordered a thin crust pizza and picked up a burnt thinner than the cardboard pizza. It barely had any cheese on it too!

So disappointed. I make a trip to Chicago multiple times a year. Every time I get buffalo wings here as they are by far my favorite wing. Imagine my surprise when I ordered my wings and they are very small. These wings are not cheap. $17.95+ tx for 9 wings. Unfortunately, Giordano's is no longer a must have for me and I will not be patronizing any longer. Just not worth the price for the size of the wings.

/26 I'm sorry to say but I ordered 6 pizzas and they were ROTTEN! One of us threw up! I emailed the company and they wouldn't even take my concern seriously.

Sad to say I been ordering from this location for couple years already and when I went to pick up my order the lady that was giving the pizzas swears she gave me 2 pizzas when she only handed me 1. Went to the car and my wife said she ordered 2 not 1 went back and she kept saying I 100% sure I gave you 2 pizzas. Had to wait extra 30 minutes for them to remake it! Pizza is good but they need to pay more attention when giving out the orders.

Changing to TWO stars as their customer service response is super disappointing.

First time here and last time.
Ok place. Pizza kind of disappointment.

Took 40 minutes to get pizza out.
Ingredients seemed fresh.
Dough is NOT fresh, frozen at best, and not fluffy at all. Seemed like frozen.

Oh yeah and it is pricy.

Order a pizza and they couldn’t find my order than the manager said i will have it ready in 35 minutes. I let 40 minutes pass i come get my pizza and have to wait 35 minutes for it. Then the pizza is not cooked correctly. They were so rude about it too.

I had a really disappointing experience with Giordano’s, and while I did receive $25 off, it does not excuse the rudeness, lack of accountability, and poor service.

My order was incorrect , I received 9 wings instead of 10, and 1 pop instead of the 2 root beers I paid for. What makes this even more frustrating is that the restaurant is only about 2 minutes away when driving, yet the driver rode around with my food for 25 minutes, causing it to arrive cold.

My delivery instructions clearly stated to call when arriving. Instead, the driver texted me saying he was at the front, but I never received a call. As soon as I saw the text, I immediately called him back. He answered, said “no English,” and hung up on me. After that, he ignored my calls and messages, even though he was able to text me in English. I was upset because I was calling about my food and felt completely ignored.

When I contacted the store, the experience got even worse. The manager did not attempt to de-escalate the situation and was rude and dismissive. She was essentially trying to imply that I was lying about when the food was delivered, even though there was a 25-minute gap between the time the driver texted and when the food was actually delivered, which explains why the food was cold. When I asked for a replacement pizza, I was told I would have to bring the pizza back myself, which was unreasonable given everything that had already happened.

This was about principle and respect, not the money. Between the incorrect order, cold food, poor delivery communication, and a manager who showed no effort to resolve the issue professionally, this was a bad experience from start to finish.

We got the tavern style classic pizza and 9 classic buffalo wings....the best. Pizza was crispy and wellcooked. Highly recommended.
