Waited over 2 hours for a delivery
Order at 5:30pm at 6:15pm the app showed pizza was on the way.. never received called location at 7:05pm was told driver had still not picked up Pizza asked to speak to Manager, Manager was not understanding what so ever nor attempted to make it right he insisted on canceling delivery instead…. Ive been to plenty of Giordanos restaurants in the past never had recieved this type of service… I will never return to this location.

First, the hours might say it opens at 11 but they aren’t actually ready for customers till about 12. Wouldn’t recommend the garlic bread, even being the first customers won’t get you hot bread. The regular thin crust is great. A warning for non garlic lovers though, the toasted garlic goes under the cheese and they put quite a bit on. Also, “toasted” garlic is garlic straight out of a minced garlic jar and directly on the sauce. There is no toasting or color change on the garlic whatsoever.6/10

Good customer service just doesn’t exist anymore we sat here for at least 30 min after putting our order in when the power went out granted I’m aware that’s it not their fault however it was still an inconvenience. My daughter asked if we could just get the pizza boxed up to finish cooking at home she says it’s half done (wasn’t the question but ok) . After over hearing the waitress saying why would you ask to get food we can’t charge you for to another employee I was completely annoyed!! Hangry at this point!! I’ve worked in retail /food service in the past for years I would pride myself on great service so I expect great service when patronizing all establishments and that wasn’t it. We should’ve at least received one of the 2 pizzas we ordered done or not!!

Never again! I ordered a small tavern style sausage /cheese pizza. This pizza was subpar and I was extremely dissatisfied. The pizza was dry, tasteless and the crust was hard. The pizza hardly contained any sausage. I wasted my money.

Horrible service. I walked in at 8:45pm, just to sit for 1. I didn’t get sat until 9:05pm and the “host” said it’s takeout only now. It doesn’t take an hour to make a pizza. I will not be coming back here ever again.

This is the worst Giordano’s I have ever been too. There was 2 girls in the front today but the shorter one was being very loud and inappropriate talking about someone in jail cursing like if there isn’t people sitting in the restaurant trying to enjoy their meal. Management is horrible letting people from the kitchen to the front talk however they want and do whatever they want while people are sitting there with there children. I have never experienced this. Waste of money

Been to plenty of Giordano's. One of my family's favorite restaurants. This location has been the most disappointing. It was 88°F in the restaurant. People were using the menus to fan themselves. They ran out of pepsi. The waitress offered to give us a pitcher using bottled pepsi. I think they gave us diet, it was not regular Pepsi. My kids were very irritated with the heat so we ended up getting the pizza to go.
