Hands down the best deep dish pizza to ever exist
Ladies and gentlemen, deep dish pizza at its finest. Giordano’s is a Midwestern chain, very present in Chicago, where the specialty is, of course, the pizza originally from the Windy City. Seasoned (literally) in all sauces, it is a dish that I consider extraordinary, with its crumbly frame and its fullness. Must try absolutely. The place is immense and chaotic, the service is going well but the times at peak times are quite long, you need a bit of patience. The pizza is served in various sizes and with the medium one you can eat safely in 4.
Sat at bar, server was attentive. Food experience might have been self-inflicted as ordered a traditional crust pizza instead of a deep dish. Crust was not cooked through; top was over cheesed and not melted. Returned the pizza, got wings that were fatty and over sauced, left most of them on the plate.
Just what we needed for authentic Chicago deep dish. Our server set clear expectations with our order the deep dish takes an hour to prepare. Drinks were good and their specialty wine was smooth and delicious.

Absolutely horrible seating and it takes a hour to get a pizza. And once you get it the pizza, it like warm. Major disappoint coming from DC.

Super traditional and usually crowded restaurant. We have to wait for 30 minutes to sit down. Relaxed Mood, super courteous and efficient service but what we asked was ok. Nothing too much and nothing less. We did not order the pizza for the specified preparation time - absurd 60 minutes. Salt prices, mainly for fame. Worth a visit but nothing exceptional.
Very fun a delicious place. The pizza was ok but the sandwich are much better. Good ambient and kind attendant. I would definitely come back and recommend.
Very close to Michigan Avenue is a super easy option for the family.

The food is amazing very well made probably best pizza I ever ate the reason why 4 stars is because the wait is soooo looong and after you get seated you have another wait just be ready to wait for your food to arrive
Very good place to try the greatest pizza. Highly recommend!
