The pizza was just ok. I ordered a stuffed half sausage half pepperoni. It was a little thin and a little dry. It was not bad by any means, it was just not comparable to stuffed pizzas that I had in the past. Service was a little slow, I had to ask several times for a drink refill. For 35 dollars, I would expect more from the kings of Chicago deep dish.

The establishment backed up their offer for a replacement pizza. That is standing behind their product.
If you’re looking for the ultimate cheese pull, this is it. Giordano’s deep dish is legendary for a reason—the crust is buttery and flaky like a pie, and the amount of mozzarella they pack in is insane. I went with the classic sausage, and the sauce was perfectly tangy. Just a heads-up: the 45-minute wait for the pizza to bake is real, but it’s worth every second. Definitely a knife-and-fork situation!
Mellany was the best server ever. I'm from Atlanta and I had seen this Pizzeria I said when I when I get to the Chi! I'm doing it! This the outcome. Outstanding! Fresh hot Chicago style Pizza!
