Order was placed online for delivery, quoted a little over an hour. After an hour an a half, called in and was told that there was a mistake and that our order was being remade and there would be a refund. After about 30 minutes, we were notified that our order was out for delivery. I met them outside and the order was wrong. When I let them know, they said that the order would be remade and a refund would be offered. After another 45 minutes, I called again and was told that it was coming out of the oven and was promptly hung up on. Will not order from this location again.

Alexander, who took my order, was very pleasant and patient and provided excellent customer service. However, the deep-dish veggie pizza I ordered was very salty, which was very disappointing. I was looking forward to having it, especially on a cheat day.

Last night's deep dish spinach pizza was so salty as to be nearly inedible. Complained the next day and told they only respond to complaints made on the same day.

For lunch today, I ordered the Chicago Classic - Tavern Style Pizza for delivery. I will say from the start I was skeptical but decided to give it a chance due to a timely email before lunch today. As expected, I was a little disappointed but at least I tried it.
I’ve many a tavern style pizza including cracker crust and Giordano’s version was somewhere in between. I felt like they overcompensated for it by making it a well done pizza.
I’m not sure they have the right ovens for this but moving forward I’ll stick to their special or even their Stuffed which is more their wheelhouse.
I only ever got the deep dish - but it’s good They have parking Medium Deep dish with Sausage ( not made from pork) n jalapeño

Amazing experience today, the pizza fresh and delicious! Even tho it is not dine in, there is space to eat. The space is set up really cool and most importantly clean. While waiting for the pizza, the owner was cleaning the area and the doors as a lot of people were coming in for the orders. Definitely will be coming back here. Also during the week they have $5 slice of pizza!!! The tiramisu was delicious, you have to get it!!!

I ordered a pizza and wings last night and the pizza was burnt the wings were over fried. I called and spoke to Jessica the manager and she was rude and unprofessional. I am very disappointed can’t believe this is Giordanos. I don’t mind paying for good food but this is ridiculous unbelievable.
