DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY! As many other reviewers mentioned, they do not update the delivery status on their orders and time estimates are never correct — our food took two hours to arrive and was cold on arrival. There is no phone number to call the store.

What happened to Glaze? As many other recent reviews have mentioned. Roulette spin whether or not your food will arrive if ordered through a delivery app. Order was Cancelled by the restaurant an hour after placing. When calling to ask what happened, no answer and no way to even leave a voicemail. Glaze used to be a neighborhood gem when they were in Lakeview. Their new location in River West (Ghost Kitchen?) is a massive disappointment.

The food is delicious, but their delivery and customer service has been absolutely horrible lately. Their phone number goes straight to voicemail and DoorDash has allowed them to handle their own deliveries which makes it impossible to handle through them. The past 2 times the delivery time was listed as 20-30 minutes and I ended up waiting 1.5 hours and ultimately had to cancel my order both times.

Ordering from here is like playing roulette. The food is incredible when it actually arrives. DO NOT order this place through uber eats as they have their own drivers. The last 3 times I’ve ordered from here it has been stolen, the restaurant never answers calls, and the customer support has been less than helpful.

Delicious. The salmon was nicely grilled and smoky. Still very juicy. Teriyaki not too overpowering. rice was perfectly cooked. Food is 5 for sure
Ordered on door dash. Delivery done by their own crew. It was a little late but not horribly. One thing though they forgot utensils so I had to use my own. 3 for service
People say it's a ghost kitchen yes but everything was fresh. They also have multiple locations nationwide.
Got delivery from Glaze and I didn’t realize it had arrived so I didn’t eat it fresh. With that being said, it was still warm. The grass fed steak was tender while the chicken thighs were juicy. The ying yang rice was just like rice but it was nice to get both types. Wasn’t a big fan of the carrot ginger dressing that was with the salad. Finally, the spicy teriyaki wasn’t really spicy and I wish there was more since the bowl was dry.
