Why is getting delivery from here via uber eats such a hassle? The food is great it just sucks to get deliveries

Never disappoint. Correction, I’ve been disappointed. There is no contact number to reach. I order from here religiously and for some reason, I’ve never got my order delivered from Uber. Uber tried to call with no luck. I scheduled this delivery for 1230 and never received anything.
Order placed through Uber Eats → redirected to the Glaze website.
3h 47m later, tracking shows my teriyaki bowl is hangin’ with Daniel at Old Pueblo Cantina in Lincoln Park.
Status: still “on the way.”
Route breakdown: Glaze River West → my office (LaSalle & The River).
Per Google Maps 8-minute drive (Thursday, 11:47 pm).
Communication attempts: • Called Glaze via website → straight to voicemail. • Called “Daniel” (per order page) → voicemail again. • Uber Eats redirect back to merchant → same result.
Result: closed loop, no teriyaki.
Now home, but almost delusional enough to walk back to the office if it ever shows.
Locate Daniel & my teriyaki bowl. Reward: Cash bounty offered.

Not a great experience. Supposedly “ghost kitchen” was open but there was no response to phone calls, voicemail was not set up, and the food was never delivered. Don’t order from here

Buyer beware. There is no way to contact this restaurant. Took my money, didn't get food. Uber eats will not do anything about it either. Now I have to contact my credit card company. What a mess.

I’ve enjoyed Glaze for years — an ex of mine was gluten free and we could always count on Glaze for a satisfying experience! Recently I ordered from their River West location (which I didn’t know existed) and the food was just as I remembered it — delicious and satisfying!
