My wife and I were hungry after visiting the National Museum of Mexican Art and found this little gem just down the street and around the corner. No one there when we got there except mom and pop running it and they were very welcoming from the moment we opened the door. They fixed us up with a burrito and chilli reyano to go. Food was delicious and they were friendly throughout. Prices were good too. If you're in Pilsen, check it out!
You should eat here. There's a nice couple running the place. The food is good and reasonably priced and they didn't hurry me out the door. I appreciated having a moment to relax and read while eating my desayunos.
This is our go-to spot for a visit to Chicago. There is truly none other like Gloria’s, with the garage sale in front and the family’s dining room (complete with china cabinet) in back. The food is decent, and the family is kind. Stop by if you want a unique and authentic mom & pop taqueria experience!
