Never had a server talk to us, the server in our section looked at us several times and continued just looking at his screen and not serving us or anyone else. This was between 7:30-7:47pm EST on Friday 10/4/24 and the server was a white male smaller build with facial hair. He made eye contact with us several times and never once came over and said anything. Never got a “hi” or drinks or anything. Only person that talked to us was the hostess who seated us.

Very busy, but it’s a holiday weekend so that may be why. Food was average, menu is small and not a lot of choices. I wish it was a bit more themed. The buffalo mac n cheese is hot hot hot, so if you don’t like spice steer clear.
We had a delightful experience with our waitress, she was super busy but sweet and attentive even though it was obviously a rough night for her.
Airport food always seems extra pricey and if you want a quick sit down and some sports tv on your way, this is the place.
Vegetarian options: There is a salad option which would work but it’s the only item I noticed that would be able to be modified for veggies only.

So, I have to start by saying our server, Mario, was fantastic. We had a long layover, so we were sort of slow rolling what we wanted to eat. He was always pleasant, said to stay as long as we wanted and was on top of refills. Whomever was bringing the food out to us (someone else) was not very customer service oriented. Both times she basically just slapped the plate down, mumbled what it was, and walked away. She needs an attitude adjustment. The chili I had was pretty good, but the burger was lacking. Overall, I enjoyed it because of Mario's great attitude and customer service, but the food was sort of hit or miss. I think they were also out of a number of their signature or regular items, which shouldn't happen mid-day on a Saturday.

There was a group of us standing, waiting to be seated for over 20 minutes BEFORE the host even came to greet us. When I asked a waitress, she rudely responded, “just wait on the hostess”. I think establishments with this behavior fail to remember that anyone patronizing them, is choosing to spend their money…it’s not an obligation so the rude, nasty attitude should be checked. Everyone knows how the service industry is post COVID but acknowledging patrons, who are waiting goes a long way!!! It’s this type of service that impacts the tip!
Wish I’d seem the reviews prior to selecting here to dine. Food is average at best, & priced like you would expect at an airport. My service was abysmal. From the moment I was seated, & Nicole was informed she had my table, I should have know I’d be in for a below average dining experience. She & another server were chatting away at the pos terminal, & it took a good few minutes for her to approach my table. I ordered my food & water. Within minutes my food arrived by a runner, which was the highlight of my meal. My server, however, was back at it with her coworkers, at the bar. My water finally arrived 4 or so minutes after my food, & my thirst was finally quenched. Skip forward to completing my meal, & looking forward to leaving. Alas, my server was nowhere to be found. Fortunately, one of the hostesses asked if I needed anything & I let her know I’d like my check, bit haven’t seen my server. She tracked her down, & I soon received my check. After paying & getting my receipt, I was on my way.
Other servers seemed to be on top of things, but my experience is the reason for the single star.

Slow service, poor attitudes, food was cold, no utensils provide or napkins. My son asked for Ranch dressing and the response was "why?" . Because he wants some...no explanation needed. I expected less than stellar service in an airport retaurant. It was worse on all accounts.

Now I know airport food is subpar but it shouldn’t be if u hire the right people
This was below subpar
28 bucks for a head of broccoli and a tiny piece of salmon
Mac and cheese cold and greasy slop
You know what was good the waiter/host
Skip this place
I’d give this place -5 stars if I could. Employee was rude to me. Had a headphone in one ear and attitude in the other. Didn’t even get a chance to eat. Don’t come here

I should have read the reviews first. Food was comparable to the White Sox season: failed to meet low expectations. Service was good, location has potential, they just clearly don't care about the food choices and quality.

Bought a Cobb Salad & Chicken Caesar Salad = about $14 each. One beer $10.
The bill = about $40.
Tip = $8
TOTAL = $48
Got home and looked at my credit card statement. They charged my card $68.07.
Additionally they ran out of lettuce, didn't tell us until too late. We scarfed down the salads to make our boarding time 15 min later.
There are problems here.
