I originally gave a 5 star in order to receive a free corn dog but then they didn’t honor it. So here’s my honest review. Slow service and not good atmosphere. Not a fun place to sit inside. Food is decent but there are better places around.

Be warned if you order the taro drink be sure to not have any plans afterwards and brush your teeth right away because the purple dye will stain your mouth so bad and it’s hard to come off.. it does not look like what they advertise on the screens or images at the window. they also gave my boyfriend and I the wrong order. No lines and wasn’t busy. Tried calling a couple of times and didn’t pick up the calls. I seen the low reviews afterwards and it’s very accurate. Poor lack in customer service. The sauce used for the hot Cheeto corn dog is super sweet and not like other places I’ve visited. Will not be going back.

Tried calling so many times, never answers phone. Whats the point of having a phone in this place
Then i walked in to place an order, lady didnt take my order right away, so i went to the self kiosk, placed my order. Gave her 5-10mins to get order done, went back in and asked me what would i want to order? She seen me like 5-10mins ago, im like i placed my order thru kiosk, and told me she didnt know i placed an order, and its not showing on her system. So i had to show my transaction and tell her my order. Waited another 5-10mins ago, and i told if that kiosk wasnt working then put a damn SIGN “ OUT OF ORDER”
then i seen more people walked in did the same thing i did which is to place an order on self kiosk, without her telling them anything while she just there standing waiting for the fries and korndog to be done.
Lady you need to be more proactive and have sense of urgency
This was the first time we ate at GoblinBat and it was delicious! Next time we're at the mall, we'll eat here again. The corn dog was hot & fresh and perfectly cooked 😋
