Cozy spot near Millennium Park with great coffee and fresh pastries. Friendly staff and a nice vibe, perfect for a quick bite or coffee break.

My favorite coffee of all the ones I drink on a weekend in Chicago . It’s a bit expensive almost 60 dollars a breakfast for two, but it’s completely worth it. I would come back, I wish there was a headquarters in SC 🥺

if only the drinks and food can be served faster especially if it’s like bakery or yogurt. Everything else was great.

Really cool chain in Chicago! Staff was really friendly and sweet, and the food was delicious! I would have preferred a thinner slice of bread since it was kind of hard to eat, but it was really tasty! The vibes and atmosphere are also great! Really busy, all day!

cool trendy place. the food was excellent but by the time it came to your table it was cold. also got self serve coffee from carafe which was not hot either.
if you are wanting a table and it’s busy don’t worry and stick around because there’s high turnover and you will get a table

I love this chain and was there early in the morning to have breakfast. I had my usual coffee and garden wrap and it was amazing. I tried the cinnamon date latte and it was delicious.

I ordered the morning sandwich and an iced americano, and to be fair the iced americano was good, and usually the morning sandwich is so tasty… However! they got my order completely wrong, and not only was it a whole other sandwich, the bread was super stale. It felt like they just gave me a sandwich that was sitting on the side. The receipt said morning sandwich so I know they heard me right. Also it was pretty overpriced, if I’m going to be paying that much for food, I’d prefer that they get my order right, and use good quality ingredients. Don’t get me wrong, the food is usually great, but I’m just a little mad that I paid so much for bad food today.

I visited this location today with a friend — and unfortunately, her wallet was stolen from her purse while we were sitting inside.
When we asked the staff for help or camera footage, the response was disappointing. They initially brushed it off, saying the camera footage was “blurry” and not useful. Only after we insisted did they say the police could request the video. What’s more concerning is that three different customers told us this type of theft happens here often — which makes me wonder why there are no clear warning signs for customers or better cameras installed.
If this is a known recurring issue, management should take responsibility and act proactively — not leave customers in the dark. A simple sign warning guests to keep their belongings close or investing in working cameras could prevent a lot of heartache.
That said, the coffee and pastries were excellent, and the place itself is cozy. But until the safety issue is addressed, I’d strongly recommend being extra careful with personal items while visiting.
Love this place, it can get packed in the morning but it’s totally worth it if you are going to do take out. Food can be pricey but it’s like any other coffee shop when it comes to food. The coffee is delicious and you can tell they don’t cheap out when it comes to the ingredients (a lot of coffee shops water down their coffee). 10/10

Conflicting signs and operations. Good selection and nice food but too chaotic and if they actually seated people, they would fit more guests.

Looking for some good coffee? Here is the best place in downtown! Had their best cinnamon bun and iced mocha with cherries.

I have seen this cafe whenever I would walk around after college and decided to finally visit it today this morning. As a student that goes to college in downtown, I am always looking for new places to try! I was greeted wonderfully by Kyndal (shout out to them) and they welcomed me when I told them this was my first time trying the place. The cafe is spacious, and the atmosphere is great. I decided to try the iced strawberry matcha latte and the almond croissant. THEY ARE BOTH SOO YUMMY! I gave a piece to my friend, and she agreed that the almond croissant is the best croissant she ever had. Totally recommend, my friend and I are very happy and I will come again soon. :)
