I was there last Wednesday afternoon with my boyfriend. We were told by the nice Latino worker that we had to try the Chicago dog and Italian beef. Having no background knowledge on this establishment, we just excepted a simple hot dog joint and nothing else. Upon entering we were shocked and amazed with all the items available. Burgers, hot dogs, multiple types of sausages, chicken swarmas, among many more options. There were even pizzas and muffins. Some food was even certified halal!!

A great place to grab a Chicago Dog if you're at O'Hare.
We needed breakfast as we had been traveling all morning and still had about 4 hours of travel ahead of us. We had a 1 hour layover at O'Hare.
Disclaimer: I love Chicago Dogs, they are the best way to have a hot dog so I'm extremely biased.
Still was a good dog. It fell apart as I ate it which I think was due to how they stuffed the bun, but it was still delicious. The fries were good too. My wife's cheese dog was decent but nothing special. As she described "it did not spark joy".
I wouldn't eat anywhere else myself as when I'm in Chicago, I want a Chicago dog.
Service was fine. Was very expensive. Your mileage may vary.

The Italian beef was way too spicy. I had to throw it away. I was so excited to get an Italian beef and it was too spicy for me. I did not get the hot peppers on it.

Staff members were friendly and helpful. The Lavataza brand coffee was as good as some coffee shops. The breakfast sandwich coffee combo was an economical airport meal and made ro order. Store was was a little cramped. Bagel did not come buttered. Very happy with the meal.
Vegetarian options: They have bagels. You can order breakfast sandwiches without meat.
Parking: This is a terminal in the airport and you would have to park in the paid lot and go through security to get her.

First time here, and I tried the Chicago dog. Except for the end of tomatoe being left on, it was pretty good.

Had a cheesy Italian beef sandwich with fries. The fries were hot, crisp, salted just like I like'em.
The sandwich I had with the hot pepper mix thrown on. This sandwich is no slouch, you'll want to manage your napkins, tray and the foil, otherwise find a table as your pants will be soaked in this.
I think I just got beginners luck with that bad boy as my pants were dry. Washed my hands to avoid giving myself a pepper spray experience.
That said, tastewise this was truly good. Beef was tasty, bread was soaked yet holding up!
I recommend it.
Don't go if you like soggy fries and sawdust dry sandwiches!

If I had to do things over I would’ve gone to McDonald’s which is right next door.
I got their Chicago dog but it was sitting there for so long and was overcooked, the skin of the hot dog you had to bite through kinda hard to break which is not great.
I didn’t order fries but got them anyway…tried eating some of them but they were a little underdone and mushy with grease I’m glad I had gotten a bag of chips which is what I was charged for.
The counter lady was not the most polite and the one taking orders was hard to understand…she obviously didn’t understand me when I said I was getting chips instead of fries.
The checkout process is confusing as I used the register on the left which the register lady there kept saying it’s for breakfast only but then nagged me to come over to pay for my hot dog meal there which is odd as there were a few others before me so I can only guess those people were not happy with me skipping ahead to pay there when they hadn’t paid yet.

My friend told me that I could not leave Chicago until I had their Italian beef. With little time to spare, I was relieved to find out that they made Italian beef sandwiches among other Chicago favorites near the terminal I was set to catch my next flight on and they were delicious! and spicy..but mann did she forget to warn me just how messy and wet they were to eat. After unwrapping my sandwich I got olive oil everywhere.. after having a few bites it seemed to get even worse.. not particularly the best place you wanna eat a wet and messy sandwich in so I wrapped it up and packed it away until I landed from my next flight to finish my sub. Makes me wonder if an Italian beef sub from the airport could be this good… I wonder how an Italian beef sub from an actual sit down restaurant would compare.. and I’ll leave that for my next trip to Chicago to determine.

I went to the refrigerated aisle and grabbed the Thai Drunken noodles. For a meal at the airport, it was a good price for quantity. It had little tofu pieces in the noodles and was also accompanied by this delicious red chili sauce. That goes to say it wasn’t incredibly spicy. They had some other noodle + vegan options that I plan to try when I stop by here again.
Vegetarian options: They have a couple of clearly labeled vegetarian and vegan items in the refrigerated section.

I went with the “chicken” teriyaki and the total was $12.48. Expensive as airport food usually is, but I enjoyed eating it. Though it is a cold meal and this airport is already freezing
Food was kind of what's expected at an airport. For me it was the worker there who kept talking to himself. Not the friendliest guy with customers.
I got the Chicago Dog with fries. It was alright. Wouldn't mind trying this style of hotdog again someplace else
