A classic, cash only breakfast place. The owner is so proud of his pancakes, and they are delicious! The staff is friendly, the fare affordable, and the atmosphere can't be beat. Highly recommend!
Golden House is my favorite breakfast restaurant in Chicago. I’ve been coming here since I lived around the corner a block east of the Aragon Ballroom. The same family has owned it since the mid-1980’s and are a staple of the community.
