Nothing about this place blew me away, but, honestly, that's what I like about it. This is a place where you are simply going to get some grub, and it's gonna be good. There is no need to bedazzle people. Just get them food.

Poor service, food was basic other than pancakes. Restroom was dirty. Been going here since the 80s, coming back for nostalgia on a city visit. Disappointed.

The food and service were great! My son got a bacon burger with fries and i got mexican eggs with tortillas, cheese, rice, refried beans. 3 stars for atmosphere bc a worker was mopping while we were waiting for our food, and the bleach smell was overwhelming. I asked the waitress if the man could stop mopping while we ate bc it was making me nauseous.

The food and service were excellent. I hadn't been here in more than 15 years. I was shocked at how high the prices had become. This place used to be super affordable and known not only for great food but also value for your dollar. The prices are qhat keep me from giving 5 stars across the board.

So this isn’t bad. It is just a little pricy. There are some diners in the area that are a bit cheaper. Also, I think they have too many things on the menu. The food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t exceptional either.

I did like the atmosphere of the place and the decor but I don’t think I would go back. Overall, I’m happy I tried it as I’ve been curious but it isn’t a place I would go back to.

A traditional diner, with emphasis on breakfast foods. A great place for a quiet conversation with friends. Staff has always been super friendly.
