Picked up delicious food here today. Got a box of every type of savory empanada + several of the dessert ones. Amazing! The dough is flaky but layered and has so much flavor; that's a really hard combination to master. The nicest guy helped me with my order. Excellent places and def will be visiting again.

I've never eaten here- just posting to let the owner know whoever was driving their catering van near Elmwood Park today around 12:20pm was driving like a maniac; weaving in and out of traffic, cutting people off, tailgating, and not letting other drivers merge. I'd be happy to delete this review when the owner acknowledges this feedback.

Came here recently for a quick brunch and it was delicious. Coffee was decent but the real stars were the emapanads! You'll have the option of savory or sweet but either way they'll be super flaky and freshly made!

The pastes were incredible! I loved the potatoes and meat and the chorizo with potatoes. The guava with cheese was absolutely delicious! I recommend getting an atole and trying something from the coffee bar. Super cute little spot with a lot of personality. I’ll definitely be back.

Placed an order a day in advance for the next day for pickup at 3pm , arrived at 4pm & they never did the order . He mentioned he “ forgot “ & had the ticket on hand . Had to wait over 30mins . Very disappointing! After 30mins i went to pick up my order the owner saw my review ( i placed it while waiting ). The owner decided to ARGUE with me saying he wasn’t happy with review & he said he thought we fixed it , I told him fixing it is at least offering something off . & he then said he “WAS “ going to after I picked my order up ? Never heard of that . He then proceeded to continue to try to argue & say since I showed up at 4pm he could’ve sold my order ( pick up was at 3pm ) , but how can he sell it if it still wasn’t ready ? VERY unprofessional for a “ owner “ to try and argue . NEVER AGAIN ! Don’t recommend at ALL! Now I don’t know if my order is even right or he could’ve done something since he was so upset over a HONEST review .

Ordered some trays of small empanadas to go. 1st, my mom called ahead to place the order for Thanksgiving. Only to get there and the order wasn't ready. This is the second time this has happened. Last time, the guy made me wait 30 mins. This time, it was the same. Then we got home and they gave us the wrong order. Genuinely disappointed. Honestly, we only go back because my mom likes the empanadas, but other than that, the service is horrible.
