The service was excellent. I was not too fond of bubble tea. I tried twice. It seems to me my taste bud is not suitable for it. For me, I felt that it was less sweet.

Overall overpriced, rude staff, and mediocre drinks. Staff was really rude. We ordered three drinks and they were all just okay. The building was really hot smelled horrible and the drinks were very overpriced. I think college kids just come here because it’s convenient.

staff is super friendly and helpful! The drinks are delicious, I got the taro tea and it was so soft and creamy yet refreshing!

I love Gongcha. I studied abroad in Taiwan (where Gongcha was founded), and in my opinion Taiwanese style tea is the best. If you haven't tried it yet, try it!
