Well there was no mention online that they would not be open.. I went by posted hours. My wife and I show up about 5:20 pm to find them closed. So i can't say how the food would tatse but very disappointed.

I really like this place for lunch whenever we are exploring the museums or going to millennium park. Burgers, fries, and shakes are delicious. IMO didn't care for the Nashville chicken sandwich, totally drenched is sauce to the point where I couldn't eat it. The chicken itself was good though.

Food was good but staff was terrible. The store closes at 8pm but the one main guy closed the store at 6:45p while customers were still in line. After one customer he stated to stop taking orders, with 6 people still waiting. Very rude and unprofessional

Just came in for the first time after my college today. Ordered the: Colettis smokehouse burger, snack fries, and seasonal pumpkin pie milkshake in the (fries and shake with burger deal).And indeed this places name does not lie! It is indeed “good stuff” to eat, lol!Super friendly service too, and will be back.And I loved the free sauce bar area too. They have a collection of sauces to choose from.Congrats on a new customer, lol.

Terrible service! We walked out. Rudeness was unreal( guy at the grill needs to go) We were there the other night! Terrible. Fix the problem rather denying the staffs rudeness! I see we are not the only one…

Very clean place. Staff is very kind. Food is Amazeballs!! Especially there fresh cut fries with rosemary, thyme and sea salt. Just to die for!! Excellent service

I went in today and got The Prez and Spike's Village Fries, snack pack. I love Good Stuff but the onion marmalade that was served on The Prez was way too much! It left my bread soggy and it over powered the burger. I'm also a fan of crunchy fries and the fries I got were more soggy. I'll definitely give them a go again but this visit wasn't favorable.

I've eaten here and the food is good. I like the portions especially for a burger joint downtown Chicago.My 3 star rating is because there is a picture of Lori Lightfoot with a red circle and line across her face. I'm all for protesting if this is what is but know you are alienting some customers. Now if it was Rahm or Daley - I'm down with it. Lol
