I have been eating from this seafood joint for well over 40 years! They have the best fish n chips, shrimps, jumbo shrimps, smelts, and frog legs in the city! They do have standing room for about 20 people, maybe.This is not an eat-in joint. It's not that big on the inside, but you can order n go sit in your vehicle right outside of the joint. They accept cards now too!

Jumbo shrimp cooked perfectly not hard or soft. Scallops large and good. My only complaint the Fish and Chips were small like they were cut in half to stretch the product. Hubby Frog legs were on point perfectly him.

I’ve been hearing and passing by this place for so many years. First off, the jumbo shrimp is absolutely delicious but for $20 I got 7 pieces. No problem this place is a quality over quantity.

Clam strips were delicious and a good deal for $2.

Mild sauce was average. Someone recommended the coleslaw and I don’t know why. It was the most watered down worst coleslaw I’ve had in years. Never again.

I’ll be back for the shrimp. I’ll try the fish. But they can do better with the sauces and definitely the coleslaw.

Shrimp reminded me of the olden days when I used to go off of ashland and somewhere by the chicago river very good shrimp.No, place to sit, but very reasonable too.Price.
