I went to Goosefoot for my birthday, and it did not disappoint. All of the courses were executed perfectly, and everything was delicious. Staff was very helpful with wine pairing

I’m a bit disappointed that some of the recent reviewers didn’t post any pictures, so that the rest of the world can get an idea of how the food looks. It doesn’t matter if you write a super wordy post. No pictures can lead to readers losing interest. I’ll attach some pictures so that people can get an idea of the tasting. I came here awhile ago for my birthday. It wasn’t full so the evening was kind of quiet. We just used an Uber to get here. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Restaurant was cozy and nicely decorated. Service was amazing. You definitely feel at home, getting ready for a multicourse home-cooked meal. Food was magnificent. Easily in my top 5 favorite Michelin restaurants. Each course seemed to get better and better. It’s hard to choose a favorite as I loved each dish. It’s $175 without taxes and tip for the tasting. That’s without a wine pairing. Yes, that’s per person. Highly recommended. I hope my pictures give you some sort of idea of what to expect.

Amazing experience and we loved the holiday winter wonderland decorations. It felt as though we were enjoying dinner in their home. We were so excited to see Goosefoot's kitchen is all electric! They truly are embracing a wonderful movement to help preserve our earth. This was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary!

The food here was absolutely amazing. Not only was it stunning & aesthetically pleasing, but the flavors paired wonderfully together & the overall taste of each dish was exquisite. The owner came by to chat with us & our server described each dish with enthusiasm & detail. It was about twelve courses with around 4-5 of them being dessert (score). I think they are currently renovating & the space is small & intimate, only around nine tables. Enter through the back for the time being!

Always exceptional in every respect. Feels like you are dining in the Chef's home which makes it a unique experience. For a multi course experience the portions are relatively large, so bring your appetite.

My husband and I have been going to Goosefoot since they opened. We've never had a bad experience or meal. Nina and Chef Nugent always serve the most creative and delicious meals. Their soups are my favorite.

This was my second visit and both times, I was blown away. It remains the absolute best scallop dish I've ever had. The coconut emulsion is sooo delish! Everything was great and the presentation of every dish was immaculate.

Food is amazing. Environment is intimate. Service was lovely. Such an unassuming restaurant with the highest quality of food. Can tell the chef and owners love what they're doing.

We had the most amazing time at Goosefoot! It's by far the best meal we've ever had and will remember it so fondly. Nina really created a a beautiful and cozy atmosphere, it feels like you're having dinner at the Nugent's home. Thank you so much to the Goosefoot team for making a 30th birthday celebration UNFORGETTABLE!

So this place is certainly an experience. The food is out of this world especially at the price point it is. It's BYOB which makes even better value if you want to drink something expensive. The ambiance is left of center, to say the least. No bad, just weird in a “you won't forget this” kind of way. 10/10 overall recommend.

Every single dish on the menu was an absolute hit. I loved everything and the owners clearly put their heart and soul into their food. I never repeat tasting menus but I will absolutely be back!!

Amazing tasting menu. Each course was a unique, delicious experience perfect for the season. Nina was attentive without being overbearing and helped make our night magical. Highly recommend.

This is a full 'experience' that goes far beyond the food - you're boxed in on three sides by covid-era glass walls that, rather than making you feel claustrophobic, makes you feel like you have your own private VIP area, especially when you're having the each extravagantly plated dish lovingly and precisely explained to you. When eating 'massively multicourse meals' like this (I always think of any multicourse meal over say 5 courses in the language of MMOGs - massively multiplayer online games) one of the most important things to me is balance. You can't feel like there's an overabundance of one ingredient or type of dish, and none of them can be too heavy lest you tap out before the end. I've definitely had some meals that failed miserably on that count, and Goosefoot didn't fail - miserably. It did, however, 1) rely a little too much on cream to the point where it became the dominant leftover flavor in my mouth (I know that's just a French cuisine thing sometimes) and 2) have 6 out of the 11 courses be dessert. That is just too much dessert. Sorry. No matter how great all of the dessert was (and it was).However. If you zoom in from the whole picture and start looking at individual dishes, there were several points where I was in awe, or in closed-eyes-bliss, or cocking my head and counting the spices I tasted, or liking some ingredient for what felt like the first time. For example, I never order steak - I don't like it - but Goosefoot's beef course was my favorite course. Perfectly cooked, a tiny crust to it, just the right amount of salt. And this tiny pickled mushroom next to it with its explosion of flavor. And the tomato-parmesan soup - I hate raw tomato chunks, but ate these up.And how does something that's just explained as 'corn soup' hit so hard? And amongst the anise-scented gel flower holders, there was something that looked like it was going to be more gel but was actually a sweet crunchy vegetable. (Speaking of flower holders, I love meals that are accompanied at every turn by edible flowers.)And of course, the scallops, which were pillowy circles of pure ocean, assisted in its sea strength by a lobster emulsion. I was concerned that the coconut would overpower them. It didn't.Turning to the excessive amount of dessert, I have to admit that some of them - the beaker of fruit and the elderflower, pine, lemon, and vanilla custard in particular - were absolutely transcendent, and I wished after awhile that I had the stomach remaining to truly enjoy them.
