I ordered via the Uber Eats (pkup), 4 tacos 🌼 1-asada, 1-desebrada, 1-barbacoa 1-asado rojo and two Gorditas 1-asada 1-desebrada & two lemonades for $20. Every thing was delicious đŸ€€ I will say the desebrada in grn sauce w/mini potatoes is spicy, so beware as I was not ready for it, but nonetheless it was delicious.

Place is clean and young lady taking order was kind and amiable. I had #4 combo. Asad filling... rice and beans was ok... but the burrito was so greasy that it dripped oil when I was eating it. Used a few napkins to absorb the grease. Could mo finish it. So sad, as I love to support local. But won't go back

I stopped by this place today for some food, there were 2 women there, one tall and one short, the short women was making tortillas, as soon she took my order she went back to making tortillas, without washing her hands or putting on new plastic gloves after having touched the cash register and her cell phone, I will never return or recommend to anyone, crappy pplace..

Laid-back and legit—Gordillas hit the spot! I swung by on a Sunday, grabbed two asada tacos and a burrito original steak. Chips & salsa on the side. Total was about $25 with a 32‑oz jamaica. The gorditas were stuffed, tacos tender, and everything hit fresh. Staff was chill and quick. Definitely coming back for my weekly fix!

Avoid this location at all costs.
The rest of the reviews are true. I ordered the family package from the Pulaski location, and it was a complete understatement . The rice side wasn’t even a full cup, not even filled to the top , barely enough for one person, let alone a “family.” The burritos were thick, chewy, under-toasted, and gummy, even though I ordered 19 minutes ahead. It felt rushed and slapped together.

When I called, the phone rang and then sat in awkward silence for about 30 seconds , no greeting, no professionalism. I actually had to ask in Spanish, “Am I speaking to Gordillas on Pulaski?” Just to be sure I had the right place. Compare that to the 26th Street location, where you’re immediately greeted with, “Gordillas on 26th Street, how can I help you?” polite, organized, and respectful.

And when I finally got someone on the phone at Pulaski and politely asked for a manager, the woman got defensive right away. I told her this was a situation I knew she didn’t have the authorization to solve and I reassured her I’d call back for her manager. Regardless horrible attitude.

I go to the 26th location often because it’s near my job and the difference is night and day. The food quality, the service, the consistency all far superior.

Save your hard earned money especially in this economy
Either put together an actual family meal and price it fairly, or don’t advertise it as a family package at all. Pulaski needs to seriously step up or stop calling itself part of the same brand.

Don’t risk it, the rest of the reviews are true, the good reviews are probably when they decide they want to have their stuff together.

If you breathe the air inside this restaurant, you could get painful itching nerves and muscle weakness and uncoordination from the employees using scent beads. Gain scent beads in the clothes is used by 1 or more employees here. Sensitive individuals can no longer step inside this restaurant. This could mean 12.9% of the existing customer base, according to AL'S answer for chemically sensitive individuals.

I’ve order here in person and online before. There’s a lady that is always extremely rude to my mom and we understand people have bad days but any time we go and that lady is there she’s very rude towards us so now we stopped going. Then the times we do order online they always give us something differently then what we ordered.

First time here and first of all I had to walk back because they forgot my horchata drink and in the process I trip and fall dropping my Jamaica drink and instead of them just giving me another they charged me another one.no sympathy as I’m there with a torn pair of pants and blood on my knee and second I come home and my husbands burrito did not look like a burrito at all. No effort in wrapping it properly. I WILL NOT COME BACK HERE AGAIN.

This is the only place I like las gorditas because are not full of masa are thin and with sufficient meat to taste.
