This location is nice from the inside but the service it’s bad. I placed an Ubereats order for pickup and they cancel claiming they didn’t have the items. I went to buy it my self and they had everything. It’s looks understaffed and the service is not welcoming.

They never, never open at the time they say I have come several times at the time they say it will be open and it is closed according to Google they open at 9 and it is always closed I called in the afternoon and they told me they open at 9:30 another day I come and it is closed right now it is Saturday October 26, 2024 it is 10 am and it is closed so what time do they open!!!!

The quesque manager is a rude and disrespectful person apart from the fact that they do not place the correct order, they steal food and say that it is Uber and she says that then I should no longer order with them to ensure that they do not steal from me when she mentioned items that were not in my order

The norteño burritos are good but, down side is they come with some many chile seads and potatoes skins that are very though, they using the wrong potatoes if they want to keep the skin on, never again

Walking in this place is so clean ! So fresh and new looking! Ac felt amazing! Food was delicious service was good and fast! Gordita had the perfect crunch to it and the green salsa was the best 10/10 definitely try this place out !!!

Asked for the onions, cilantro, lettuce, and tomato - that comes with the gorditas special, was told they didn't have any, I pointed to where it was, they said it's for the burritos, had to point out I asked and paid, sheesh, finally gave me some, after telling me that the woman who told me they can't put it on the gorditas is wrong, and it is only put on the gorditas, between the cussing they do while cooking/prepping and the bickering over ingredients - there is little desire to come back.

They shouldn't use old Guacamole mixed with a good avocado. Adding overwhelming lime juice. To hide aged Guacamole.
