The drinks are horrible. They have one cashier and one cook. The cashier does not know how to work the front of the house alone. She’s been there for some years now and still acts as if she doesn’t understand a person who is placing an order who speaks English, off of a Spanish menu. The Jamaica (juice) was watered down. I never tasted hibiscus so water down in my life. The lemonade was water down, and it tasted like soapy water, with little sugar, like the container that it was in wasn’t cleaned all the way. The cashier needed the cook to come to the front to explain to her what I was saying, and when I told them about my dissatisfaction of the juice, they ignored me, laughed and walked away, and I had to really speak up for myself in order to get some clarity and attention to my issue, which was never resolved. They need more help, someone with business skills and another cashier who speaks English.

Excellent Menudo, kind staff. I'm really want to go back and try some of the other food that they have. I bought a gallon of their Menudo and made a bowl when I got home. It was really great, especially with some onion, red and a little bit of lime.

I went to eat with my wife, all the food was very delicious, except for the service, I was served by a Colombian woman with short hair that was almost bald and she brought me the wrong order. Later, when I told her what happened, she was somewhat rude and took a while to solve me.

Decided to stop in here for the first time ordered a pastor burrito the meat was awful. Mostly big chunks of hard fat. I basically spit out a quarter of this burrito due to the big chunks of hard fat meat if it even was meat.

Small detail with a waitress...to a certain point everything was excellent...I was a regular customer but the last time I told the waitress to return the glass of soda that was not finished yet and she returned it to me but with her fingers inside the glass ...I told him that he better take it because he had already put his fingers in it....he got upset and then the attention to charge me and so on was very rude...

Quesabirria tacos were delicious!! Horchata was so creamy and yummy! My boyfriend and I enjoyed their salsas and gordita de asada! Didn't really like their picadillo but that's ok everything else was very good. Also, try their "requeson" appetizer, its like a cheese dip and its very good! Server was very nice as well and best of all, the bathrooms were clean yay! We will be coming back!
