The portion was teeny tiny, they were able to comfortably place 4 rolls into one tiny container, that’s how small they are. It was supposed to be meals for 2, we wouldn’t even get full for 1…The presentation was pretty much the only positive thing out of this experience. The sushi rice was hard, possibly reused from the night before, or being in the fridge for a while. Ginger has a weird taste to it. To be honest, we ended up eating what we can find at home and throw away the whole thing for food hygiene, health and safety concerns.

Gorilla Sushi is affordable and delicious. I pick up take out here a few times per month, and it’s always prepared quickly. I don’t know any other sushi place this good that is this reasonably priced. We will keep coming back again and again!Parking: There is paid street parking, but the 22 bus and 72 bus also stop right here for when you don’t feel like driving. There’s also plenty of bike parking along Clark.

I ordered the sweet potato and caterpillar rolls with a Thai Tea. Both the Thai Tea and Sweet Potato rolls were good, just nothing to really set them apart from what I've gotten at some other places.The caterpillar rolls were a step up though! If you love avocado and don't have an allergy to eel, get these.

Sushi at a great price. Gorilla is always reliable when you want to order sushi take out. Also, the price is great so if you're craving a lot of things you can eat a lot of things and not go broke. I would definitely recommend it when your looking to try a lot sushi at a great price. This location hits the mark.

Don't get the wings. The are bite sized and absolutely wings you could get out of the freezer at the grocery store. I got two rolls. I have never seen sushi rolls so tiny in y entire life.Updated: one roll was poor quality but edible, the other I at one piece and it was clear that the salmon was spoiled. The only thing good was the seaweed salad. Stay away from here

Price is nice and sushi seems serviceable but what's with this place being delivery and pick up only (at least when I went) If you are trying to enjoy sushi by delivery or pick up you have already failed at eating sushi...Why even complain even though I am...lol Note to Gorilla...Open the dining room and serve sushi properly...Getting sushi to go is like ordering breakfast to go...It's food meant to be eaten as soon as possible.
