Tried the chilli chicken momos and they were absolutely fantastic! They were bit on the spicy side but pretty good overall! Also had a mango lassi that was creamy and delicious.

We had an absolutely delightful experience at Gorkha Kitchen in Chicago. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with genuine warmth by the owner, a lovely lady whose friendly nature set the tone for the entire meal.

We ordered the Chicken Kadhai, Chicken Noodles, Roti, and Masala Tea, and every single item exceeded our expectations. The Chicken Kadhai was bursting with rich spices and tender chicken, perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful, which came with a side of Rice. The Chicken Noodles were another standout—generously portioned, packed with vegetables, and just the right amount of heat. The Tandoori Roti was soft and fresh, ideal for scooping up the flavorful curry. And the Masala Tea? Comfort in a cup—aromatic, soothing, and the perfect end to a hearty meal.

One of the highlights was definitely the portion size—you get great value for your money. They take pride in both their food and their hospitality. The atmosphere was relaxed and cozy, made even better by the personal attention from the owner, who made sure we were well taken care of throughout.

We’ll definitely be returning to Gorkha Kitchen and recommending it to friends. If you’re looking for delicious Indo- Nepalese cuisine with a personal touch, this place is a must-visit.
