It’s an excellent doughy donut, they have great combination. It’s a hole in the wall so not much space to eat, and staff are in a hurry so not too courteous. But I recommend it nonetheless because it’s a great menu for a quick drop by take out.

I was in town for work last week and they had Gotham bagels in the office the last day I was there. Hands down the best bagels I’ve ever had. 10/10 pure perfection. We need you in Grand Rapids!
Awesome staff and cool space. I had the cinnamon and sugar bagel it was phenomenal. Great price as well. Perfect amount of crunch, sweetness and soft portion of the bagel. I couldn't finish it all at once, it was huge. Hours later still tasted the freshness and perfection.

Great customer service at this location too. I wrongly ordered from another location but they took care of me and still made my order and everything with no complaints. I really appreciate customer service like this and will be returning to this other Gotham locations.

The bagels (Asiago cheese, especially) were delightfully chewy and tasty. Sunday AM was a wait in line experience. I recommend ordering via thair app. It was quite crowded inside but the bagels are so good, go anyway. Be advised these cost considerably more than many people pay for a bagel but they are worth it.

Ordered 4 bagels. 1 was missing and 2 of the bagels were wrongly made and it took 25 minutes to get the missing bagel. Bagels were also extra thick and chewy

I’ve had bagels in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and New Jersey, so I have a good sense of what to expect. At $6.30 for an Asiago bagel with vegetable cream cheese, this felt overpriced compared to most places I’ve been (for reference, Dunkin’ nearby charges $3.99). I asked for my bagel toasted, but it came out soggy instead of crisp and crunchy as I’d normally expect. On the positive side, the service was excellent—the staff were very friendly. The location is also convenient, right across from Northwestern Hospital and close to the Magnificent Mile.

Got the Amagansett. Whitefish salad was mostly watery salad with a hint of whitefish. Sandwich was mostly slices of onion, cucumber, and tomato. Everything bagel had mostly sesame seeds and poppy seeds. The bagel was like a loaf of bread.

A slight delay. The computers had to be rebooted (I don’t blame the staff). There was a mishap with my order. I find it funny looking back. I requested a latte, but I received a latke. Maybe I’ve got an accent I am unaware of. Or don’t have the Chicago accent…¯\\_(ツ)_/¯

Was a little wait outside but the line is managed well. The bagels are so amazing. Bigger than my hand and packed to the brim with cream cheese. Staff was polite and gave excellent recommendations.
