Grand Rising Cafe Reviews
What I love about Grand Rising Cafe is the passion behind it! I am the niece of Auntie Tam and Uncle Saleem and I am proud of the restaurant they opened up! I tried their food—salmon croquettes with eggs and rice, and it was absolutely delicious, along with the sausage and the skillet meals. I would say that I’d rather go back there than any other place because of the food they make and I can’t wait to eat there again!
chicken bowls on point! love that omellettes can be potato scrambles instead for non egg eaters! good to have a fresh, non pork option to goto
I love the food presentation. I enjoy a good looking plate. If it don’t look good 🤷🏾 The atmosphere is warm and inviting. A real old school diner vibe. Like when my grandma used to take me to the restaurant.

Grand Rising Cafe is a cute corner diner with a passionate, family feel. The food receives mixed but promising reviews. Many highlight the perfectly cooked, fluffy pancakes and well-seasoned, flavorful jerk chicken with rice and beans. The salmon croquettes are noted as delicious and a reason to return, along with other items like fish and grits, skillet meals, and the pork-free Early Bird breakfast. Reviews praise the very friendly, attentive staff and good customer service, creating great vibes. Some experiences mention issues like incorrect orders, dry salmon cakes, or a malfunctioning AC, but several customers state they would definitely try again or revisit, hoping for a swift reopening.
