Went for Happy Hour with some coworkers on Wednesday and had such an incredible time! The food options and drink options included in their happy hour were so yummy and such a deal. The servers were also hilarious, fun, and attentive. They added so much joy to our dinner!

For a place that has “do not use phones on speaker” on their website and menu, there sure were a lot of obnoxiously loud phones on speaker there tonight. If you want a nice, peaceful place to grab a drink, this is not it.

We spent Thanksgiving weekend here 2025. From.day one service was mediocre. I feel like you the customer need to initiate the welcoming and order. Being ignored by wait staff as they address their phone is ridiculous. I'm spending a minimum of $75 per meal for 2 people and I'm made to be a bother. TIPS REFLECT SERVICE!!

We stayed at the hotel and ate here 3 times. Thanksgiving dinner was great. The setup and service were great. Frank was awesome and made a great spicy margarita. Friday night, we had dinner as well. The food was good, but the service was lacking. Our waitress was more concerned with her phone than us. I actually went to the bar to get my husband's drink. Waited to be asked about dessert, and again sat with dirty dishes on our table till she was ready to come back. We asked for our check, and she dropped off the pay pad and walked away. Overall, food and environment are great, but service is lacking.

Out for an amazing dinner with the wife! Happy Thanksgiving! Thank you to the Manager, Valerie, for providing a great new holiday tradition. Outstanding holiday buffet experience! Also loved that I could also watch the game while enjoying dinner.

Disappointing. My partner and I went there a year ago for the Thanksgiving buffet, and it was good -- so good, in fact, that we decided to return again this year. However, this year's effort didn't match last year's. While the food was tasty, it was cold (not just lukewarm -- COLD), which took away a lot from the experience. The service was OK but could have been better; our server was friendly and pleasant but not overly attentive, especially since she really didn't have much to do for a self-serve meal. And, prior to our visit, the restaurant contacted us several times to confirm the reservation but still didn't recognize us when we arrived (then what's the point of all of the annoying advance reservation inquiries (not that a reservation would have mattered that much given that the restaurant wasn't all that busy)?). In light of all this, we'll be looking for a new restaurant next Thanksgiving.

Excellent food and even better service. We got appetizers, burgers, salmon, and others, everything was very tasty. They have a great menu selection and decent prices. Service here is top notch.

Stayed at the Essex Le Meridian as Marriott members. Didn’t have reservations but even with a home Bears game (Bear Down) we waited about 10. Had a great breakfast, great coffee and great server, Alfredo! Very engaging, very insightful and quick. Way to deliver and keeping the coffee hot.
