The food and atmosphere was good, and we had the bottomless mimosas. There is an hour and a half time limit for the bottomless mimosas. We wish that we gotten a warning that our time was coming up to be able to put in one last order of mimosas. When the waiter told us our mimosa time limit was done it did not match when we actually got our first mimosas. There can be improvement so that customers are aware of when the timing starts or when it ends.

I am in town for some work meetings and this restaurant was just a block away from the hotel. We had reservations and we were seated right away. Sarah did a great job as our server and everyone was happy with their meals. I had the Pastrami Salmon (never had that before) which was cooked just right, and it came with broccolini. The portions were okay, not enough for me to have leftovers, but that’s okay since I am staying at a hotel. This was a good choice and I might return next time I’m in town.

We stayed at Le Méridien hotel and as we were too tired to go anywhere we decided to have dinner at Grant Park Bistro. The whole experience was great. The service is quick, the stuff is very friendly and cordial, the meals taste good and the entree protein portions are large. Definitely recommend especially if you stay at the hotel.

Very mediocre place for a Chicago restaurant.
The food was okay at best. The service was not great (they only split the check for 2 at most??). And the interior is too dark and too loud simply from the booming music.
Would not recommend.

Very cute, inviting spot but a little underwhelming/disappointing in terms of delivery/flavor. I stopped by here for breakfast before heading to a conference and was immediately drawn in by the light/bright/clean decor. It was still pretty early, about 8am, and I sat at the bar next to a couple other patrons. I ordered a black coffee and decided ultimately on the avocado toast with fruit instead of breakfast potatoes.
The bartender was friendly and prompt and my plate came out pretty quickly. Unfortunately, it was just really bland and lacking in flavor. I salt/peppered it and also asked for some hot sauce which they fortunately had. But overall it just missed the mark for me. In retrospect, I wish I had gone with one of the benedicts (they had one with salmon I was eyeing). Price wise too, $30 (after tax/tip) for a slice of toast and coffee is really pushing it in my opinion, especially when the flavor is just missing.
Maybe breakfast/brunch isn't the specialty here. If I did go back, it would definitely be to try their happy hour/lunch/dinner menu!

Stopped in after walking around Grant Park. The staff was immensely helpful with my gluten-free needs. The food was wonderful. Thank you for a terrific meal before we headed off to a concert.
Dietary restrictions: Very helpful staff for a gluten-free diet.

Fancy restaurant attached to a hotel. I had bistro Benedict and my partner had sausage and cheese scrumbled eggs.
For the place and price, I was probably expecting there's more "it" to it.

Avocado toast was wonderful - perfect over easy eggs. I do think the breakfast potatoes were a bit limp.
Edit: this used to be a 4 star review but I looked back at my receipt and found a hidden fee which was never disclosed to me.

We had a pleasant breakfast here and would recommend it. Service tends to feel a bit detached and could be friendlier but overall it was good.
Recommended dish for breakfast is definitely steak and eggs!
