I ordered a Ham Sunrise with a pepperoni bagel. It was prepared very quickly with no confusion, and the staff were polite. The bagel had a nice thin and crispy texture, but like some other reviews have mentioned, the eggs and ham seemed to be straight out of a knockoff brand hotel kitchen. The cheese was melty, but was just as bland. If they started using flavorful ingredients combined with the crispiness of their bagels, I’m sure it would become a sought after breakfast option...
I was skeptical because of the reviews but my experience was entirely positive. My lox bagel was tasty (with a generous helping of cream cheese) and it came out relatively quickly -- all for a decent price.

Food is good. The place is very well run. Each person knows their job, they follow the rules and do their job... And the result is good food delivered very quickly. Everyone is polite and focused on the work.
