Like the concept. Great Central has enough space to brew their own beers as well as a handful of recipes from a few other breweries.

Great Central Brewing Company is a hidden gem in the Fulton Market area. I visited on a Saturday afternoon and was impressed by the spacious, modern taproom with high ceilings and plenty of seating. They offer a rotating selection of beers from various breweries, all brewed on-site. I tried their Pilsner and Helles Lager, both crisp and refreshing. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was lively yet relaxed. Highly recommend for beer enthusiasts and casual drinkers alike.

Solid spot in the West Loop to kick back with some crisp brews. Dropped about $20 on a flight and a pint—tried the Helles Lager and the Kick Push IPA. The Helles was clean and smooth, the IPA had that juicy haze I dig. The taproom’s got a chill, open vibe—feels like a modern beer hall. No kitchen, but they let you bring your own grub. Perfect for a laid-back hang with friends. Will definitely swing by again.

I went to the makers market and it was an incredible event, the venue has an amazing vibe also.

Really welcoming atmosphere. Casual space with large tables for playing tabletop games with friends while you enjoy a beer. I had the lager, and their Oktoberfest, both of which were very good. At the time of this visit, they do not serve food. People there had food delivered, which seemed to be fine with the brewery. I am keeping my rating at 5 stars because the bartender and atmosphere are just that chill.

The owner is an amazing man. He helped my brother out of a bad situation. Thanks for letting him use your phone

Awesome place! The beer is super good and the venue is spacious and comfortable. I’d highly recommend it to everyone (including kids!).

A lot of beers and space and they allow to come w infants. My friend likes it yet I don't get this place.
