I’ve been coming to this bakery since the early 2000s. As a child, I remember seeing the baker’s daughter, Grecia, sitting by the window, and the bread back then was truly some of the best. Over the years, I’ve continued to stop by whenever I’m in the area because the pan dulce has remained decent. Unfortunately, my visit today was very disappointing. The young employees working there dropped the tongs on the floor and continued to use them to grab bread and place it into bags. I told them three times that the tongs had fallen and were dirty, but they completely ignored me. I eventually had to physically move the tongs out of the way to prevent them from being used. It also appeared that trays and tongs are not properly cleaned between customers and are simply reused as-is. This raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. I’ve always had fond memories of this bakery, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I hope management addresses these hygiene issues soon.

I only come here for the churros but everything else is very good. You can tell there's thought and care put into the product because most things I've had from here feel like they ought to cost more. Very reasonable prices and great product.
To the owner, don't get a big head and raise prices on us. Our money is on fire as it is. Five stars

bread is great but please look at the expiration dates from your milk. (NESQUIK) Every time I go their is expired milk in there . It is September 3rd today and the milk expired august 17 2025. I often tell the ladies in the front. Other than that bread, cakes and jello are good :)

Not good . Disappointed that all is used is pig fat lard in the baking of everything here. Iam sorry but people are health conscious these days. We choose to live healthy and eat healthy cakes and food even if we have to sacrifice authenticity, eating old school fat filled bread is not the option any more. So shape up baker or ship out because we are not patronising unless you start using butter / veg oil and cut out the lard (pig fat) . You are poisoning the community. Not To mention the unsanitary kitchen.

I had high hopes for Grecia's Bakery, but unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. While the bolillos were decent, the pan dulce didn't meet my expectations—lacking the freshness and flavor I anticipated. Additionally, the service was disappointing; the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, which detracted from the overall experience. Given the mixed reviews, I might consider giving it another try in the future, but for now, I can't fully recommend it.

I am very sorry to see that I bought this place for the first time, I don't remember this place, I bought 2 kings bagels yesterday and they were a total fraud, very expensive and they are so hard that maybe they had them for a week and it was 67 dollars for two girls, it's a shame I will never go back 👈

The cakes at my Rancho Aguascalientes Idroc alido 💯% I recommend them, they are very tasty indeed.
Everything is good, good bread, but the price of their bread is already too much, I suppose it's the inflation, but they should consider their prices a little more.
