Rent goes up 4 1/2 percent every year on my lot rent, claiming Capital Improvement. People that have lived here before Green Courte bought this property see NOTHING being done, except new units coming in up front. I have emailed the company multiple times, with no response. Law says all tenants should have list of where the monies are going due to their capital improvement. To get things done around here is like pulling teeth. Three grounds keepers for three parks in Rochester. Silk pockets getting bigger, while us folks have to figure where the extra money is coming from. Calling the local news to report this situation. I’m not alone, many are fed up.

Green Courte Partners seems to own TPS.My vehicle was hit by a driver from The Parking Spot, a fault they admitted only after police-reviewed surveillance footage. The compensation offered post-incident was far from adequate. Even my insurance company, Progressive, noted their lack of professionalism. I expected a company of their size to act with more integrity and responsibility.
