Service was TERRIBLE! The ladies were so RUDE! Didn't want to be bothered with our questions. We weren't familiar with their process, and instead of helping us understand it, they were impatient and dismissive. Especially the first lady that was behind the counter. She literally stared at us like she had no idea what we were saying. She points to the menu and just told us to look there and turns her back on us! WTH!? The price of the BBQ sticks were ridiculous! $4.25 EACH!!!!! Are you freaking kidding me?! That's criminal! They were tiny pieces of meat on a stick that wasn't even that great! The rest of the food that we ordered was also blah. I have so much regret spending about $90 at this place. Yes, $90 for subpar food. I will never return to this garbage place. Fix your attitude and your customer service! Don't say I didn't warn y'all!

Dinuguan tasted like adobo. Both very salty and tasted like pork in soy sauce just different color. I also found plastic packaging in the dinuguan.

Its a place in a supermarket, but their food is really good! I think their portions could be better , but the overall food was delicious. I really enjoyed the bbq pork and Longganisa. I got half rice half pacit, would definitely recommend!

Grill City has a most complete offerings of Filipino cuisine in the Chicagoland area be it meat, seafood and veggies from various regions in the Philippines. Overall, quality is good although I wish pancit had more shrimps in it. Chicken adobo is fantastic. Pricing is a bit on the high side but understandable because of inflation. Service is adequately fast but I wish servers should wear serving gloves to prevent contaminating food. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and will give a positive recommendation especially for those who are on the go or not wanting to cook at home.
