If you are ever in Chicago and you want some authentic, hot, delicious FILIPINO fast food...be sure to stop into Seafood City. They have a fast-food eatery inside the store called, Grill City. Best in CHICAGO!!!
Honestly, I don't think Grill City showcases the best of Filipino food. Their barbecue pork and other grilled stuff-- fish and squid were good, but the rest of the dishes are hit or miss. For example, the dinuguan, bopis and fresh lumpia were good but the pork steak and pancit bihon were not. Those were lacking in flavor. It was also difficult to figure out how to order because there were so many ways to do so and a lot of people in line! I do like their halo-halo.
