Part of food court setting inside Seafood City. Tasty grilled bbq pork skewers, albeit on pricey side. From previous reviews, it looks like prices have been increasing for a while, and quite significantly. No issues finding a seat in food court.
Parking: Plenty of spots in big parking lot. We rode our bikes and could secure them against the trolley return area.

Smelled great and food looked very delicious from the see through glass when you walk into the seafood city. Ordered the chicken BBQ which was good. Ordered some grilled squid, eh it was okay, when I took the food home I made sure to cook it a bit more because it was kind of not prepared well to eat. Other than that the staff were quick and efficient when serving the food for take out.

I tried their BBQ chicken, pinakbet, and rice combo. The BBQ chicken was flavorful, cooked to perfection with that distinct sweet-savory glaze. The pinakbet had a nice mix of vegetables, not too soggy, and seasoned just right.
