GT prime is my favorite. Honestly amazing foood. Great atmosphere. Really enjoyable. The beef tartare is my favorite. Steaks are always on point. And the chocolate soufflé is amazing. Loved the cocktails. My go to favorite dinner spot. Highly

This place went down hard. Food was mediocre at best. My Food was cooked fine in terms of texture but insanely under-seasoned--I've cooked better fish on my worst days. Other people in my party did not receive the temp they asked for. Overall the service could not have been more slow. For the price, I will never come back. I have a gift card and won't be back! So disappointed and looking at these 6 star reviews, I can't imagine they are real.

My review is based on my RW visit - Upon arrival our host and server was very nice and we we even got a drink on the house as we were celebrating our friend moving back home & being married. The server was very accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. First Course - Cocktail Shrimp - These were huge and very enjoyable. Second Course - Beef Tartare - The mustard was very strong in the dish and I did not enjoy it Third Course - Westholme Wagyu Sirolon - Unfortunately, my steak was overcooked. I asked for medium and it was well done Fourth Course - Chef's Chocolate Cake - Very chocolatey but still enjoyable Overall it was just an okay experience and I wish that didn't happen to my steak.

This is a fantastic place. I took my girlfriend was friendly and accomadating her BDAY barely touches the surface. The entire staff went above and beyond to make my girlfriends special day was great. When it comes to the food, just wow. The bread was fresh and the butter was something to behold. Got a shrimp cocktail and claim chowder. The shrimp was solid but the claim chowder was next level. In the conversation for best I have ever had. The filet's were amazing and prepared perfectly. Lastly we got ice cream for dessert. Puts pretty much any ice cream place in Chicago to shame. An amazing location, spectacular staff, and truly great food. Highly recommend.

Food is very average and the manager is rude. Our steak was overcooked and he was not happy with us sending the steak back. I asked for my steak to be made rarer and he was giving us attitude and said "I can't make this steak rarer but I can make you a new one". NO WAY lol. I'm referring to the big guy with the black glasses. Overall, very disappointing.

I loved this restaurant. Their service is impeccable. I also found the staff to be friendly and attentive. Our food was great. We tried a few items on the menu and they were all delicious. Pictures are from my first visit. Two days later, I went back and ordered a steak. Wow, so so good. Tchau.

A very inviting atmosphere, exceptional team,and fantastic food.This was a phenomenon filet, probably the best I ever had. The scallop was buttery soft with the perfect flavor, perfect mix of textures with the added crunch from the toasted parmesan.To complete the meal, I ordered Crème brûlée, it was smooth, flavorful, and berries on top were a perfect pair. The little details were very thoughtful, little bits of mint on each raspberry really completed the dessert.

Quite enjoyable. Excellent service. Great food. My only complaint is that the butter knives were sharper than the steak knives.
We went there during the Chicago restaurant week. We liked the jumbo shrimp cocktail and the beef tartare. And the sides are good also. But I did not enjoy main course wagyu steak at all. I’m not sure if it’s not been aged well or something, it tasted too much and almost only sourness, lack of wagyu steak aroma also lack of the tenderness. A little bit disappointed to be honest.

Very disappointing, me and my wife had reservations for Saturday February 17th for my birthday dinner, planned a trip to Chicago coming from Mi to celebrate.Couldn’t believe this is the same restaurant I did my research on. first the service was terrible I understand being a full house it hard to give all your customers the same fair treatment but I don’t understand how it took 30 mins before my waiter to even ask me what i would like to drink but the table that’s next to me not even a foot away sat down after us and Ordered and revived there drinks before us.With that same table the gust that was sat down after us left and received a booth now the staff place a new couple and the couple didn’t find the spacing being pleasing to people of color so they requested a different table but the staff informed them that there full and could offer a table a foot further witch to they accept and that would of solved the problem but unfortunately not me and my wife was asked to move our chairs and table further away from the couple with being a table already placed between us.VERY DISAPPOINTING really planned on going all out for my birthday planning to spin over 300+ but refused to because of the service didn’t even finish the food nor order dessert because was just uncomfortable for the rest of the dinner
