I left Durango on Monday at 7:30 AM from Tepehuanes. First of all, the bus was not in Tepehuanes, they took me in a minivan along with the other people who were in Tepehuanes. Starting from there we continue Ranching collecting people in Cantlan and other towns. It was communicated to me that I was going to be traveling on a Volvo 2023 bus AND on a direct trip, well I was in reality not. I understood that maybe some difficulty but it got much worse. Arriving in Durango, we lost two hours of time on the street waiting for the bus. The bus was not the one they sold to me. Then they transferred us to another different bus that they promised me in Juan Cuancame. People got on and we changed busses. The next bus was not according to what was sold to me again. The bus 1415 bus arrived and transported me to Chicago. And I couldn't believe it, a man got on to sell products on the bus. Also, we came, literally on a ranch bus. People got on the bus, the man was making stops. Finally the man selling in Cuancame got off after passing his product through each seat. I was very upset because there may be viruses they are carrying. It was not what I had bought. I bought a direct trip. Then it started raining. Unfortunately we didn't have an umbrella inside the bus because it rained both outside and it rained inside the seats. I came in seat 1 and 2. It was very uncomfortable, there were leaks everywhere, including where the driver slept. Then people were stopping to get dropped off here and there the entire trip in different parts of the United States. The bus was constantly leaving the road to make stops that were not part of the trip and wait for them to come for the passengers. Also, I think a lady lost her suitcase that got off in Texas. The one that did upset me was watching a woman lose her suitcase after coming from a funeral. She came from the Purísima. She arrived without a suitcase and she will be communicating with you soon. The service was not even third class with people constantly boarding and getting dropped off ; I didn't expect it. I was expecting a direct trip. I was told that the Santiago Express and the Blue Star are better buses, and I'm going to investigate. I am not happy with the service they have established for us. I bought a ticket for the Volvo 2023. I never ended up getting on that bus. I didn't like the transfer of people going down and on the poor to bus drivers. They are not to blame for the administration. They struggled to find the suitcases all the time, that's why one of the parts we lost so much time. Supposedly we arrived here on Tuesday at midnight. More like 0 stars. We payed for the executive bus and on our way back to Chicago they made us change busses 3 times. On top of that we waited 3 hrs in durango for a sketchy bus to take us to cuencame for the next bus change. Absolutely horrible service.
