Food was horrible chicken wings were over big and I will not recommend this place to anyone you guys have to do better and stop taking people money God sees you and he is the only one that can judge you all are horrible

I ordered a 6 piece wing for my wife we had to wait 25 minutes which was fine once got home with the chicken my wife ask me to taste the sauce on the chicken so I did my face turned ugly because it tasted very sour as if the sauce was old unfortunately my wife was disgusting 🫣 the chicken tasted like it was cooked in old grease how could a famous chicken franchise drop the ball like this very disappointing 😞 maybe its the location 🤷🏾‍♂️

Ford is the hardest working person there and he also take good care of me when I go there he is the reason I go there he cook the chicken just right he deserve a pay raise he do his job and more he work so hard

Im embarrassed to admit this... but I grew up on the Westside! And, this was my very first visit to Uncle Remus!!! It was worth the wait. I consider myself a fried chicken expert! This chicken is GOOD! AND, the sauce is AMAZING!!!

I've tried this place several times and it's terrible. I ordered 20 wings with mild sauce. The chicken was old and dark on the inside. It was absolutely disappointing. How are they on Uber Eats as a real Uncle Remus when they are not. It was a total waste of money!!

I ordered 10 wings and a 4 piece of catfish that was swai my number was #43! The food was absolutely garbage! I called the wrong store on Central for a complaint called the other number for the store I ordered from I get the voicemail several times! This is why you should sample your food before getting all the way home! $40 gone

It never fails every time I come to your place of business you guys put mild sauce on my chicken this is the 6th time this has happened at your location and countless other times at other chicken restaurants every black person doesn’t like mild sauce I get a half white fried hard just salt and pepper so now once again I’m waiting a whole hour because they have to drop me another order The food is great but the service sucks no apologies no nothing just wait and hope they get it right

This place is closed down!!! Broken window on front door, no lights on, etc... I wish someone would update the hours, because there are none! Closed!!!!!!!!!!

You guys serve the absolute worst quality of food. This chicken is soaked in hot sauce. No bbq sauce on it at all. The meat under the skin is so dry and nasty looking. The ribs taste old as hell. This ain't even uncle Remus sauce on this food. It's salty as well! The ribs tips so dry I had to spit it out so I can LIVE! you guys should be inspected by the health department cause ain't way y'all serving this kind of food when we out here spending out hard earned money to keep you S O.B open! Do better!

3-3.5 stars. ? inconsistent. There’s always something disappointing about my order: sliced bread instead of rolls, skinny fries instead of steak fries, warm pops. I wish yall and the other remus would get it together.
