Was pressed for time and it takes them forever to answer the phone so I decided to order online. I placed order as I drove to location. I went inside and was told that the site that I used was not for them and they did not have an order for me. I can't be the only one that experienced this. But there was no empathy/concern about an alleged bog site, the money that was taken, and wanted me to wait another 25min for food, oh, and I would have to pay again...very disappointed in this poor exhibit of customer service, I will never go to this location again

My fries are always cold and the cashier are never friendly . I ordered today at 1:47 and didn’t left w a refund at 2:27 because they said it’ll be an additional 10 min. She said that the ticket didn’t print out in the back of the kitchen so I’ll have to wait more time for 6 wings. After watching people get their food after me . No thank you .

Ordered the 4 piece white. 2 breast, 2 wings. I was on break from work. The order taker informed me it would take between 20-25 minutes for my order, no problem. I wait 30 minutes and the only thing that was fresh and delicious was the sauce. The chicken was fried too hard which by the way I never asked for it that way. The fries were literally hard as pretzel sticks. I won't be going back there.
