I had the Signature Gyukotsu - Creamy Beef Bone Broth. They had three versions of it and I chose the Beef Chashu. It was really delicious.

I really like this spot! I usually go for the gyu don, it’s a healthy and delicious option for both lunch and dinner.

Gyuro Ramen is hands down one of my absolute favorite restaurants in the city. The food? Always on point. Every. Single. Time. Their ramen is rich, flavorful, and comforting - the kind of bowl that makes you forget about every other ramen you’ve ever had. For me, it’s the best ramen in Chicago, no question. I also love their bone marrow, cat rice, fried oysters, tofu, and seaweed salad - they’re all delicious and served in great portions.
But what really makes Gyuro special is the staff. They’re incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. You can tell they care about both the food and the people eating it.
Whether I’m craving a hearty solo dinner or taking friends who’ve never been, Gyuro never misses. It’s the kind of spot you almost don’t want to tell people about so you can keep it to yourself - but they deserve all the love.

I really like the spicy garlic miso ramen! I go back pretty often for it.
I wish my broth was warmer because it wasn’t hot. By the middle of the meal, the broth was already kinda cold. But everything else is good.

Great place for spicy ramen, fast and efficient.
I enjoyed the Japanese-inspired interior of this resto. It sets the mood while savoring the ramen. We had the Signature Beef Chasu and Yakisoba with Duck Breast. I like the latter more but the beef broth of the ramen is something unique that should be tried. I also love the mocktails that we got - raspberry rose refresher and mango lychee cream soda (love this more!) I would love to try their other dishes soon.

I visited Gyuro Ramen for a late lunch during the week. The restaurant had a calm atmosphere, and we were promptly greeted and seated. I tried the premium ramen, which featured a flavorful broth and pleasantly chewy noodles. However, the meat was somewhat underwhelming, with a few dry cuts that affected the overall experience. Overall, it was a decent visit with some room for improvement in the meat quality.

Dined in and it was quiet! But the service was pretty good, they are
friendly and make sure you get what you want and need. The miso ramen with beef chashu was really good! Very flavorful broth and components. Ordered for delivery another time and the packaging was very sustainable and my food still arrived warm. And a plus that they’re open on Monday’s when it seems either ramen spots are closed
