the spicy garlic miso is really yummy!! we ended up coming here because ramen-san had a 2 hour wait.. but i honestly thought this ramen was better 🍜 Updated from previous review on 2025-02-23

Very good overall with some interesting variation, like their beef ramens. Fried chic appetizer was amazing. So is the yakisoba. The spicy miso broth is very good as well. I plan on coming back to try out the duck ramen. It can be a bit cold by the front due to the breeze from the front door.

Dietary restrictions: Waiter asked. Menu stated to mention. Option to make some non veg dishes into vegetarian.

Aesthetics do meet taste here as the Spicy Garlic Miso with Wagyu was an excellent bowl of ramen through and through. The heat of spice balanced just right with the broth flavor, and all ingredients worked well together. The noodles were not perilously long either. In a fair price range. Things are working well here.
