It was a great experience! Everyone we encountered went above and beyond. Our teenage daughter's phone was dead and the hostess offered to charge it. The busser and server were amazing! I wasn't expecting it but the calamari appetizer was the best I've ever had! We chose this place because it is authentic Chicago and would recommend to anyone traveling!

The food was outstanding, and our server, Fernando, ran a master class on balancing attentiveness and discretion. The calamari was perfect, scallop risotto was delicious, my dining companions enjoyed their steaks, the serving size of the sides was just right - omg the Brussels sprouts. The harry caray name is not a gimmick, this is the real deal of Italian restaurants.

Steaks good but not great. Apps and sides and desserts made the meal experience very good. Pastas from those that ordered were liked a great deal. Not a steak destination for the cost and selection of cuts.

I ate at Harry Caray's about 20 years ago and had to come back on this visit to Chicago and it did not disappoint. Steve was an amazing server, the food was fantastic. The menu doesn't lie; the Chicken Vesuvio was outstanding. The ambiance, the music, the people. I love this place.

The host told me I didn't have reservations at that location til I pulled the text and email confirmation out then they started singing another tune but after that it was a nice experience

We haven't been to Harry Carays in a few years and it was a special and we really missed it. The food and ambience are great, but the service was exceptional. Our waiter was really responsive and personable, making our nieces 21st birthday a great experience. We had a group of six so we ordered a mix of steaks and pasta, all of it, excellent. The bolognese was the star; just a rich, flavorful and satisfying dish. I highly recommend this restaurant, particularly for tourists who want a delicious and authentic Chicago experience.

Great food enjoyed at a high top in the bar. Chicken Parm was top notch as well as meatball appetizer and wedge salad. What a treat to visit this iconic restaurant. Bonus: visiting the downstairs vault discovery from the mob/prohibition era. Unique memorabilia and history!! Highly recommend!

I just love this restaurant - the look and feel of it is classic Italian steakhouse with a baseball theme, the menu is almost perfect and the service is fast (even too fast?). The dining rooms are truly beautiful, with exposed brick and oozing history, and really set the tone for the meal. The menu, with its classical Italian steakhouse fare of steaks and pasta, has so many enticing offerings and the servers, in their white coats, have a perfect look to match the setting. The only reason that this is not a five star review is that the food is good, not great. If you want top steaks, then there are many other Chicago steakhouses that might be considered (Gibson's for example) - if you want top Italian, then there are also many excellent options (Volare nearby is a good one). The food is good, just not the reason one comes here.

We had excellent service and perfectly cooked food during our visit to Harry Caray's. This was one of the highlights of our first trip to Chicagoland. Don Carlos, our Ecuadorian server, and along with his male assistant waiter (name unknown), gave perfect, excellent service to the two of us as well as made us feel right at home. Five stars for every aspect of our experience! We highly recommend this establishment for its service, food quality, friendliness, and vacation/destination-type experience. Thank you!

First time at HC and did not live up to our expectations. We all had 8oz Filet and two of 6 Filet's where poor quality, the cooking was to order for too much fat and tendons. We wanted to order a bottle of Wine with the main course but the waiter did't service us until we were 3/4 in to the main dish. The appetizer plates were never clean off the table so the table was croweded and full.

Steve was awesome! He and Lupe really enjoy there jobs and it shows. The children had so much fun amidst the chaos of St Patrick's day, we have 2 girls and 1 boy. Will definitely return!

One of my all-time favorites, but not as good as the pre-pandemic Harry's. We felt rushed and the food was most definitely overcooked. Then someone in our party asked for a to-go box early in the meal and the wait staff acted like they were offended. Just a pretty average visit with above average pricing.

Love the history of the building. Love the baseball memorabilia. Love the classic dishes. Love the wonderful wine list (especially seeing JUSTIN wines!). Superb cocktail program. And Nicole was a thorough pro taking care of us.

I love the appetizers. Shrimp cocktail, crab cake.

Delicious food and excellent service (the main server was Carlos). Amazing Fresh Mozarella Marinara appetizer. Had Friday Lent special card soup (Manhattan Clam Chowder) and main (Fish and Chips) and were very tasty also. .
