It’s never open
Incredibly inconsistent. When it's good it's good and worth the slight price increase over Chipotle in my opinion. When it's bad, well, at best you get something barely edible (undercooked rice, gristly steak) and at worst you get food poisoning (bonus points for both). The only reason I keep coming back is because I work in the building next door and it's convenient, otherwise, it wouldn't be worth the gamble.
Come here frequently for lunch and it’s almost always good. Decent portions and chicken is flavorful.
I get lunch here all the time. It's really good in my opinion. I get the bowl or the burrito with chicken and guac no beans.

Excellent tacos, super generous portions, great price - especially for downtown.

I have bought some guacamole and chips and the chips was old and didn't even replace the chips the next day I am so upset, sometimes the food is old???
Put some onion and jalapeno in the Pico de Gallo!!! Tomato and cilantro is not Pico de Gallo. That's just tomato and cilantro. Don't worry, won't kill Los Gringos.
Meat portions are tiny. I had a steak burrito and it tasted like rice and beans mostly with a hint of steak. Eat somewhere else in Merchandise Mart.
I went here three times. Staff was rude, they skimp on ingredients, and then want to charge you extra if you ask them to give you an appropriate amount of toppings. They literally pinch the cheese between two fingers for your burrito and if you want more, its over a $1 extra.
It is a decent place to get a taco or two, though I preferred when they had the location at food court at North Bridge mall. The service is alright, though production of the products tends to be lobsided, for example asked for sour cream on my three tacos, because they were using a spoon to apply it one taco got a huge amount the next got a little and the third barely got any. I only come to this location once in a long while, when I am really craving a halfway decent taco. But the quality from here is not always the best.
