Ive tried to come here multiple times and they are always closed early despite their hours saying open. The employees are rude about it too. Today I came and they still had a ton of food out but refused to serve the line. suspect they are just trying to leave early.

It’s never open

Incredibly inconsistent. When it's good it's good and worth the slight price increase over Chipotle in my opinion. When it's bad, well, at best you get something barely edible (undercooked rice, gristly steak) and at worst you get food poisoning (bonus points for both). The only reason I keep coming back is because I work in the building next door and it's convenient, otherwise, it wouldn't be worth the gamble.

Come here frequently for lunch and it’s almost always good. Decent portions and chicken is flavorful.

I came here on a lunch break during a work trip. I was looking for good Mexican and boy did this place hit the spot.

I get lunch here all the time. It's really good in my opinion. I get the bowl or the burrito with chicken and guac no beans.

Staff was extremely rude and unfriendly. They didn't even open my jarrito, had to come back and ask them to open it because I thought it was a twist off. Food was not even average! Won't be eating there again, mainly because of the service.

Excellent tacos, super generous portions, great price - especially for downtown.

I have bought some guacamole and chips and the chips was old and didn't even replace the chips the next day I am so upset, sometimes the food is old???

Put some onion and jalapeno in the Pico de Gallo!!! Tomato and cilantro is not Pico de Gallo. That's just tomato and cilantro. Don't worry, won't kill Los Gringos.

It could be this is under new management, but the food is not the same as pre covid. The salad is horrible, it used to be made with a avocado lime dressing and pickled red onions, now it has some coleslaw looking stuff and flavor in it...HORRIBLE!! Please go back to the original menu....This was for the location at Canal and Madison.

Meat portions are tiny. I had a steak burrito and it tasted like rice and beans mostly with a hint of steak. Eat somewhere else in Merchandise Mart.

I went here three times. Staff was rude, they skimp on ingredients, and then want to charge you extra if you ask them to give you an appropriate amount of toppings. They literally pinch the cheese between two fingers for your burrito and if you want more, its over a $1 extra.

It is a decent place to get a taco or two, though I preferred when they had the location at food court at North Bridge mall. The service is alright, though production of the products tends to be lobsided, for example asked for sour cream on my three tacos, because they were using a spoon to apply it one taco got a huge amount the next got a little and the third barely got any. I only come to this location once in a long while, when I am really craving a halfway decent taco. But the quality from here is not always the best.

A poor Chipotle/Qdoba clone. I was craving a burrito, so I went up to the second floor of the Merch Mart and hit up this place. There's really nothing special about it. The chicken in my burrito tasted dry. The tortilla itself was also pretty dried out. I suppose the very hot habañero salsa was an interesting touch, but it's nothing I haven't had before. If you do want to grab some Mexican from here, you can also use the Ritual app to order ahead of time. It allows you to go to the front of the line and grab yours as it's already prepaid.
