Bo la Lat- 9/10 Banh Xeo- 9/10 Bbq Banh Mi- 5/10 Combo Pho- 6.5/10 The appetizers were fantastic, but to be honest the Banh Mi was pretty mediocre and the pho broth was good but the meats were not very tender compared to other phos that I've had. Our server was really nice !

My place to go to from their Pho to their Bo La Lot!! You can't go wrong. I tried other places and I always end up coming back to them. Staffs are always nice and the owner is friendly and punctual. Love this place!!!

The pho was okay, however they gave us clearly dirty utensils. Raises the question of what else wasn't cleaned properly. Pho was not worth it, will not come back again

From the moment that we sat down, my expectations had already been let down. The utensils that were at the table were already dirty, with leftover food on them. It took us awhile to flag our server down to get it replaced too. The food came out quick, once we ordered. But it was honestly super mediocre. Really limited selection of Pho, compared to a lot of the other places nearby.

Without a doubt one of my favorite spots for Vietnamese food in Chicago. I always order the Bo La Lot to share because it’s customizable and comes with a large assortment of fresh veggies and herbs. I also highly recommend their Hu Tieu Kho, a dry noodle dish with so many delicious components. I ordered this when I dined in and even got another to-go! Honestly, you can’t wrong with anything on the menu, and the portion sizes and prices are great.

Doordash order. Food came hot and packaged neatly. Pho dac biet was tasty, but a bit oily; all the fixin's were included: rating 4 / 5. Bo La Lot was very good: tender, sweet, and had a smokiness that tasted fresh. Rating 4/5. Bun Rieu was not good and do not recommend; there were no puffy tofu and crab meat! Rating 2/5. Finally, the Lotus salad was good as expected; rating 4/5. I would order from here again and try other dishes.

A little family restaurant in Argyle. My fav pho place in Chicago. The pho broth was so flavorful and everything tasted so authentic. The food was just absolutely amazing. For the 3 months I was in Chicago, I would go there at least twice a month. I even brought all my friends who visited there and they all loved it. The staffs were all amazing and so friendly.

great place for a casual meal! i came here on a saturday around 1:30 pm with a group of 5 and we were seated immediately. i'm not a chicago local - i was just there for the long weekend and this was one of my chicago friend's favorite restaurants in the city. i ordered the grilled lemongrass pork vermicelli and the pork was perfectly crispy.

The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. The lady owner was very friendly and welcoming. My Bún Bò Huế was so on point, and the portion here was huge! You won’t leave this place feeling hungry afterwards. The price was very reasonable for the portion you paid. I would come back for sure.

Zero stars across the board. Waited 45 min (understood kitchen was busy during lunch rush). However, table that was seated next to us after 45 min of waiting received their order in 5 min. Asked server for an order update and was told our waiter never put our order in (he walked past us multiple times during the 45 min we were there and it never occurred to him that it was odd this table still hasn’t received any food?).

If you're looking for Bún Bo Hue, this is your place. Im Vietnamese so comparing the top 3 or 4 vietnamese restaurants in Argyle, this place BBH is the most legit. However, the fact that they charge an extra $2 for a cup of fish sauce, $2 for extra couple pieces of bean sprouts, and basil is stupid. Even when i order a wrap appetizers, 6 pieces of meats, they give 4 pieces of lettuces, I asked for 2 more extra pieces of lettuces, its an additional charge. That's why I rarely come back to this restaurant. The staff are quite rude too.

Hai Yen is a nice storefront restauant on Argyle in the new Asia area. We had an excellent meal with pho and spring rolls and Bahn Xeo, etc.; everything was, delicious; the abundant greens were very fresh and crisp and flavorful. The service was attentive and very friendly with lotsof smiling faces. I don't know who owns the restaurant but it felt like a family run restaurant. The prices are so reasonable and they even serve wine, beer and cocktails (also very reasonabley prices), not common in the places along the street. We enjoyed it very much and highly recommend it!
