Evan is the best server out of every haidilao I’ve been to. He’s amazing at hospitality and made us feel very warm and welcomed. He is very knowledgeable about all the items as well! This place is BYOB

Went for my 4 year anniversary with my boyfriend and the experience was amazing. The staff decorated our table with anniversary decorations and took a photo with us. There were also multiple birthdays with decorations and a masked dancer. The restaurant was very clean and staff was so very friendly. We saw the manager working very hard alongside the employees sweeping and serving tables. The restrooms were even stocked with mouthwash for garlic breaths. Would absolutely recommend going for a special occasion.

Everything is great, except for the plastic plates. The only non-plastic container are the little bowls at the buffet, and is the reason why we go to Haidilao rather than other hotpots.

Amazing first experience here trying hot pot. All the other places I’ve tried since then have not measured up to Haidilao 🤣 looking forward to visiting again!

Amazing food and amazing service. I would recommend putting in a reservation as it does get busy at times. We celebrate our moms birthday here and they sang to her and gave her a gift bag. At specific times there are even some performances! The hand tossed noodles you get to see it being tossed and pulled in front of you, but because it is done in front of you there may be a delay but definitely worth seeing at least once. Good food and good snacks. The atmosphere was very nice and you get a semi good view of the city!

Chose Haidilao for our little group thanksgiving dinner. $4 per person for unlimited sauce and salad bar (which was pretty good value). Seriously recommend the chicken and pork belly broth, it was incredibly flavorful. Evan, our server, was super attentive and kept it together (even with the power outage in the middle of the meal 😭). Would come again
